Not everybody can say that they love their dentist... But I am one of those patients that do. Doctor Martin and his entire staff are some of the most wonderful and remarkable people I have ever met. The first time I met Dr. Martin I told him about my dental phobia. Yes, I'm still a big scaredy-cat but through his gentle touch and his bedside manner along with a staff that mimics the same professional ethics I have come a long way. I had some of the most horrible experiences at the dentist office in my adult life that made me not ever what to seeing a dentist again.😭😭😭😤🙈

I tried to brush my teeth three and four times a day and do the best that I could on my own, but as we all know proper Dental Care is a must. And for those of you who are chronic allergy sufferers as myself you know the pain you feel from when you have sinus cavity pressure and it hits the nerve on your teeth and you can't differentiate between a toothache and sinus pressure I for a long time felt that most of my pain was from my sinuses a great deal of it was.

After I had my initial visit with Dr. Martin and a deep Dental cleansing my progress improved greatly there are things that we still have to work on. Dr. Martin if you're reading this thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience with me. I don't think you'll ever know the depth of the gratitude that I have towards you and your staff. I'm coming around slowly only because of you are amazing bedside manner you make your patients (this patient) feel as though they're the most important person in the world to you. God bless you all😇

Dr Ames was so engaging, patient and compassionate while taking care of my elderly parents. My mother was nervous going as she had not been to a dentist in several years. Dr Ames made her feel very comfortable that she would not hesitate going back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This is a terrific group of Dentists, technicians, and staff. They have been our dentists for over 25 years. Over this period they have performed all kinds of dental work from annual cleans and check-ups to fillings and bridge work. Our dentist, Doctor Owen, is personable and caring. With his assistant, Gena, he keeps my teeth in excellent health. Using cutting edge equipment, he provides truly painless work...a big point when it comes to visiting the dentist. And, while this is a minor point, Spring Valley Dental has both a modern facility but also provides a work area that overlooks a relaxing outdoor wooded vista.

Dr. Ames is the best. I live in Smithton, Illinois and I gladly drive to Spring Valley dental for all my dental needs. Dr. Ames is honest and very professional.

Finding a dental practice is a tremendous challenge for me. I have tremendous anxiety based on previous experiences. But as fate would have it, I had an unexpected conversation with my neighbor about my need to find a local dentist (I recently moved to this area). She sang the praises of Spring Valley dental group. Today was my first visit. The staff was very helpful in finding answers to insurance questions for me and the hygienist and Dr. Ames are an absolute delight. Two thumbs up and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Owen and the hygienists were wonderful. It was my first appt. at Spring Valley and I was impressed with how thorough and responsive they were. My appt. started on time, they were all friendly and accommodating, happily answered all of my questions, and the technology they utilize assured me that I was receiving quality care. I’m glad they’re in the neighborhood!

Dr Owen and his staff are fantastic. He has great bedside manners and talks to me in terms I can understand. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Owen and his Assistant Lisa. They made me feel so comfortable like I wasn't even at a dental office. And I did enjoy his Asst singing... It relaxed me!
