From the initial phone call to first entering the office, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I felt so relaxed, appreciating the decor and cleanliness of the environment. Each person who worked with me was cordial, warm and great at what they did. This is the first time I had Xrays done in which I didn't get my cheek scratched or gag. Thank YOU, Amy. Dr. Stevens was very nice and explained everything in a comprehensible way. Jen did a preliminary hygienic screening. I look forward to the cleaning!

I went there to get a root canal and a filling and after I had taken the Twilight pill he decides that he's not going to do the root canal and filled the tooth anyway and I've been in nothing but pain ever since

It was a great experience at Westfield Gentle Dentist today. It always is. Dr. Stevens and his team are fantastic. They are very patient focused and really make you feel at ease. Thank you so much for putting up with the kids and always making them feel special. I would highly recommend them if you are nervous about your kids going to the dentist.

Had my six month check up and cleaning and I give the Staff five out of five stars. We use Jennifer and think she is the best dental hygienist we have ever had. The entire team including Dr. Caron is very professional, helpful and welcoming.

To the dentist , hygienist, Stacy, Jenna & April THANK YOU ! My daughter was very scared of the dentist before meeting you all on yesterday 5/12/2020. You all were patient , kind & very reassuring. I thank you all for treating my daughter like your own. This is what we have searched for for the last 3.5 years. The fear that was instilled in her has now dissipated . My daughter was the calmest I've ever seen her at a dental visit. I can't thank you enough on how we felt after leaving the office. Thank you for loving you job enough to take care of your patients & their well being. You all rock !!

I've been in need of a new dental office for awhile and my husband has always loved this place so I decided to try! This was the absolute best experience I've ever had at a dental office. From the lady's at the front desk, to my cleaning, & then the filling! Every single thing was perfect. The one who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable.
The next week I had to come in and see Dr Caron for a filling. When she started I couldn't believe how easy and quick the shots went. She made sure I was nice and numb and started working! Her assistant Danyelle was fantastic as well. Once the doc was done she took over and worked so fast and efficient!
I'm so pleased with this office. If your looking for friendly caring fast working people go see them!!

Very professional team dedicated to patients needs. Competent hygienist who are highly skilled and friendly. They use X-rays and monitors to visually identify issues and explain the status and remedies needed if any. My wife ant I have been with them for 2 1/2 years. We continuously recommend them when asked
