New dentures. So happy with them. Replaced old pair. I can bite into a sandwich and chew raw vegetables. You take so much for granted. All staff are pleasant and professional. I'm very happy with the service I received!

Very prompt as a new patient considering the covid. Took xrays and more than adequate consulting from the doc. I will need prolonged care for the issues discovered along with the extraction I came in for. So far so good. Thanks to all from front desk to dental hygienist to doctor to financial consultant

Scheduled a cleaning for my daughter and myself. Took X-rays on me and then tried upselling deep cleaning. Never got my cleaning. Either did my daughter. This place is a racket that tries to upsell all procedures by getting you to use a care credit card. I'll never go back.

I decided to try Aspen because my insurance had them as their only "preferred" option in town. I saw Dr. Shachindra Bahadur who gave me an exam and told me I had two cavities and enamel erosion. I thought this was weird because I had never had a cavity or any dental issues in the past. I kept an open mind because there's a first time for everything. After the exam, I was sent back into a private office to talk finances with his manager - Kimberly O'Connor. By the end of their breakdown the future work they wanted to perform was just over $1000 - AFTER insurance. The whole experience seemed shady so I decided to pay the extra money and went to my old dentist for a second opinion. After my usual dentist told me nothing was wrong, I pulled out the notes from my visit and asked her to specifically look where Aspen said I had cavities. My usual dentist looked again and said the teeth looked fine. I then asked my usual dentist to look for enamel erosion on the teeth that Aspen said I had erosion. She looked again and said there was nothing of the sort. To make a long story short, this man is a con artist. I lack the vocabulary to verbalize how much of a scum-bag this man is to do this to people. I talked to some co-workers and several had instances like this at Aspen. I could not be more disappointed in how low this man went to make money.

The office manager could not get the billing right, charging me for services I did not want and not charging me for what I did want. She also was very quick to process me without explaining properly what I was processed for. My experience was similar to making a purchase for a used car or an item in a pawn shop.

When I arrived on time to my appt, I was told they “triple book.” If wanted to wait I could but it would be a long time. When I make an appt I keep it and I expect a professional clinic to do the same.. or at the very least explain their triple booking process from the beginning!

I had a painful wisdom tooth which needed to be extracted asap, they were able to squeeze me in same day I called.They even check up on me over the weekend.Thank you Becca, Dr Hadad and team, amazing staff and service!!

Setup appointment at on Monday to be seen Tuesday AM but they called back and said I got double booked and asked if I could come in on Wednesday

Very fast and efficient office! 3D imaging makes it easier to see and understand your needs. This is the first place I have been that fully explained my situation and my options. Very friendly staff, highly recommended!!!
