I have always hated going to the dentist, but I realized the major reason being at the first step with a thorough dental checkup. The hygenist, as well as Dr. McGeorge did the most thorough checkup, as well as oral cancer screening. They did a debris removal, peridontal exam, and more which uncovered several minor cavities below the gum line that previous dental office never even checked for. When it came time to numb my mouth, all of the doctors have been great as using a technique so that you barely feel the needle. During a treatment, they continue to ask if you are having pain before they go on. Needless to say, I've never felt pain. They also provide answers to any questions that you may have. To be honest, I was shocked by how complete of a service they provide. For one procedure, they called me the next day to check to see how I was doing.
Furthermore, you don't feel the need to pack a lunch and prepare to stay for a while like most offices where they overbook. You can get an appointment anytime as they are open Monday-Friday. Most dentists take off a day during the week or have odd hours. I barely get seated in the waiting room before they call me back. Every single staff member greets you with a smile and at ease. They know that a patient can be stressed when in pain. Finally, they are reasonably priced whether you have insurance or not.
They treat you like family and care for you like family.
