The staff are very professional, helpful, and ensures their patients receives the best care tailored to their individual needs. I knew what to expect and the cost prior to any treatments based upon a devised treatment plan establish around my needs, along with their professional advice. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t due to being almost twice as expensive than the dentists located in my area. However you do get what you pay for and for that reason I highly recommend London Dental.

They are always amazing. Excellent service and care. And as a bonus, I am quite shy but they are all so nice they bring me right out of my shell. I don't love getting dental work done but they make it much easier!

Horrible.
Emergency appointments are only available for patients seen within the last 6 months.
Waited 6 hours for a call back for an appointment only to be told they didn't know why I had called.
6 hours in extreme pain waiting for these people and they didn't even remember I needed an appointment.
Call rep was not informative of office hours or services. She (Kerry and Brandy), didn't seem confident they knew much about dental or how to make an appointment.
10/10 time waster.
When I explained how extreme my pain was Kerry literally laughed at me. The ER provides better dental care.

They have done a great job so far with my dental issues. My dentist and the ladies that helped him we're all friendly and he was quite funny also. Which really made me feel at ease while they were drilling holes in my tooth lol.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Woods and his dental assistant, Mrs. Gibson! I have anxiety and they were wonderful in making me feel calm. They told me what to expect and what they were doing throughout the entire process and they were extremely gentle.
