UPDATED 9/24/20: Still awesome! Even with all the COVID stressors and precautions, this office remains safe, courteous, professional, and welcoming. I felt very safe and cared for during my appointment today. Thank you to everyone who works here for the care you take with all of us!

Dr. Gill and all of the staff at Natural Smiles are stellar. They are kind, welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. They use the most up to date technology and explain everything they're doing, step by step (if you're into that - which I am). The office is comfortable and clean and sort of feels like a spa...how nice for a dentist's office! I'm so glad I switched to this practice!

I have always had pretty bad anxiety around dental visits and I am so glad that I found Natural Smiles. They have been so great working with me and helping to relieve my anxiety and make me more comfortable. The office staff, dental hygienists, and Dr. Gill are all very kind and welcoming and do a great job talking you through everything that is going on. Would definitely recommend them!

If there could negatives I would give this place one. They definitely got me with the free whitening offer for new patients on Facebook. At first everyone seemed so nice and the office was calming, but I started to get skeptical a few minutes into my cleaning. They were rough and not very respectful. Me being myself I thought it was a fluke and went ahead to schedule my appointment for some fillings. Being a single mom, full time employee and soon to be student money was not on my side. So I asked how much my bill would be just to make sure I would have funds to cover it. 182.00 is what they told me. Completely doable. I schedule my appointment. Still hesitant I reached out to the receptionist over email to verify again and she said the same. I walk in on the day of my appointment and pay ahead for my service. My bill was now 252.00 not what was discussed last time I was there or over email. However I went ahead with the procedure already irritated. About 1/3 of the way in the doc says to me I am adding some additional medication in between the filling and tooth, but don’t worry this is just a minimal cost to help with sensitivity. On with the procedure she went. 3 hours later, we are complete and she sends me out of the door. As I approach the front desk they hand me a bill for 360.00. Now for a single mom living in the city 360 dollars is NOT minimal. Something like that should have been discussed prior if it were something I may need. Not only was the staff rough during the entire thing and I paid more than what was discussed, I now have a bill for 360 dollars. This office lacks respect and communication skills. I would not recommend doing business here. It’s no wonder they have to give away free whitenings to get new patients.

Aside from being one of the best dentist around, Dr. Gill is a very kind and caring person. A consummate, professional, Dr. Gill always listens, is very pro-active and extremely considerate when it comes to staying on schedule. As for the Staff, you will not find a nicer group of people, truly top notch all the way. Would recommend Natural Smiles and Dr. Gill to anyone looking for a great dentist with a fantastic "chair-side" manner.

Dental hygienists provide state of the art cleaning technology. Extra hours on Monday make it easy to get an appointment with my busy schedule!

Natural Smiles serves my family of seven. Dr. Gill and staff are not only friendly & professional and provide quality care, but they also provide personal, flexible care. Trying to fit all five of our kids in with their demanding schedules is challenging at times, but Natural Smiles works with us to accommodate our needs. Additionally, they know each of us and remember individual details about us and our family, which shows we are not only numbers to them. We are important to not only Dr. Gill, but the entire staff, and for that, I’m extremely appreciative and consistently, unabashedly recommend the services of Natural Smiles Dentistry to any and everyone looking for a dentist.

I can’t recommend Natural Smiles highly enough!!! They make comfort just as much of a priority as your dental health. Plenty of amenities and creature comforts are offered to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Payment is always straightforward and they will work with you. Everyone at the office is so nice and just a joy to visit. I now have no reservations about making an appointment at the dentist. Seriously, I’ve had more unpleasant services at a spa compared to Natural Smiles!
