I am SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Gill, her wonderful assistant Shana, Lori, and everyone at Natural Smiles. I came for extensive dental work after a bad experience with another Louisville dental office. Shana and Dr. Gill went out of their way to accommodate a number of special needs I had to keep me comfortable over the course of 7 (!) visits I expected to be very difficult. I really appreciated both the extra care and the prices which did NOT reflect this—more reasonable than my previous quotes—and will trust this office for my future general and cosmetic dental needs. All of my questions were answered patiently, my concerns taken seriously, and my shots, despite my being unable to tolerate the topical anesthetic, painless! I highly recommend them, especially to anyone with a condition that makes dental work more challenging or who needs a little extra pampering.

My overall health is very important to me. I didn’t always have the best dental care growing up, so I told myself when I got older I would get the best oral care possible. Well, I believe I found the best at Natural Smiles. The funny thing is, the only service I’ve received thus far was an exam (x-rays, consultation, treatment plan, etc). The staff was gentle, kind, informative, patient, and eager to explore the best plan of care for me. Not what works best for everyone, but what would be best for me! I felt like I was the only appointment Dr. Gill had all day. I would highly recommend this Dental Office!

They really treat you well here. I didn’t even sit down in the waiting room before being called back this time (usually it is just a short wait). I came in for a filling. They gave me a warm neck roll to help me feel comfortable, and the procedure was quick. Everyone was very patient and helpful with my questions about insurance. This is my new dental home.

Natural smiles has been such an asset to my health. I went years and years without seeing a dentist due to debilitating anxiety surrounding oral exams and finances. I was very nervous my first visit, but Dr. Gill is patient and kind. She sat down and talked with me for quite some time before we did any sort of work, even just a look inside my mouth. Anen it came time for the exam, I was given a warm pillow, a fuzzy blanket, and the remote to a TV. Using my headphones was also allowed and encouraged. While working, Dr. Gill is gentle and calm, always stopping when I raise my hand or seem distressed. Her staff is just as wonderful. They all have gone above and beyond during the quite involved process of getting my dental health back up to par. I can be a handful of a patient sometimes and they handle it with grace, never showing any sort of frustration or tension. I would recommend this practice for anyone, really. But especially patients who deal with dental or “white coat” anxiety. They truly are the best.
