Had a very good first time visit, everything went well. Dr was pleasant and knowledgeable.One minor hiccup employee that did the X-ray was not masked. When I realized after the X-ray, I inquired if she had been vaccinated and she had. But I still would prefer for staff to wear a mask.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I had a root canal treatment, followed by a crown. They told me that my insurance covers the cost of the entire treatment. However, they then claimed otherwise and billed me for over $2,500. Unfortunately, this is not the end of it. Almost a year later, the crown, Roussel claims to hold over a decade, fractured and I ended up losing my tooth. I refused to pay the amount and tried to explain it to them. These people are so shameless that they end up sending the bill to a collection agency. I not only ended up paying over $4,000 for tooth extraction and an implant but I now have a collection stain on my credit report. I certainly do not recommend them to anyone.

I look forward to my visits with Dr. Roussel and his friendly, professional staff! They are very efficient with appointments and I appreciate that they seem to value my time. I never wait longer than 5 minutes for my regular visits. Dr. Roussel has a remarkable way of explaining complex dental issues in a way that makes sense and is usually entertaining, as well! I'm very impressed with the advanced technology that he has in the office for same day visits in case of a broken tooth emergency. I actually enjoy visiting the dentist!

I cannot stress enough how terrified I am of the dentist, like it's pretty much become a legitimate phobia, but as soon as I walked through the door I felt comfortable. The front desk ladies were super sweet and friendly, I was called back to start my appointment quickly and I was met by Dr. Roussel who took the time before bringing me to the back to talk to me to better learn and understand what I am doing that could be causing my dental issues. Throughout my visit he was comforting, thoughtful, and very mindful of my raging anxiety. I went in with a broken tooth, and had to have a root canal, and honestly, it wasn't the worst experience of my life, it wasn't flowers and sunshine but I didn't mind. I went in with a gap in my teeth, and came out with a gorgeous new crown that he made in office using some pretty neat technology! I still haven't stopped raving to everyone about how much I enjoyed my visit there. Thank you to Harley, also, who aided Dr. Roussel during my visit, even being new to the office, she did wonderfully! You guys are awesome!

Ive been going to Artistic Dentistry for a few years now. Ive gotten fillings done by Dr Roussel as well as the "six month smile" teeth straightening. A few months ago I needed an emergency crown, so unfortunately due to convenience of location I went to a local dentist in my hometown. Didnt realize how amazing the service and quality work Artistic Dentistry provided until I went there. It really makes a huge difference. Dr. Roussel is definitely more experienced than many dentists out there, and the hygenists there are also awesome. Definitely recommended.

I highly recommend Artistic Dentistry. To be honest, the dentist's chair is the most hated place on earth for me. I hate to have dental work done. The staff at Artistic Dentistry do their best to make my visit as pleasant as possible. Dr. Roussell's technique and diagnostic expertise are top-notch. I can get a crown replaced on a tooth in one visit! And besides all that, he plays cool music in the office and loves, loves, loves to talk about a myriad of subjects! Makes for a "nearly" pleasant visit for me! Giving 5 stars to a dentist's practice seems unheard of to me, but if any dentist practice should get 5, this one would be it.

This is by far my best experience with a doctor, and clearly that says something if its about going to a dentist. First off, I came in there to shoot a virtual business tour for Google Places Pages and ended up loving the staff, came back and met the dentist and was not only entertained by his antics but decided that this is the place for me. The staff is friendly and personable and I always don't want to leave because I am enjoying being there. So I set up an appointment and for the first time a dentist showed me "what and why" in my own mouth while taking the time to explain everything in as much detail as I was curious about. He loves his job and clearly is one of the few to have a passion and integrity for what he does. Also he/they were very upfront about costs and showed me why I probably should do this or that instead of telling me what ever to make a dollar. Another interesting detail is the Doctors interest in well being and health such as diet. These are the kind of medical professionals we need. Not ones that are more concerned with kick backs from pharm companies but the ones that care about their health and the health of their patients. Definitively the best doctor experience and team ever for me. Go in and tell them Brandon Cordon sent you. :-)

Awesome dentist and staff. Second to none. When I say I look forward to going to the dentist, I am serious. Pain free and a very pleasant experience. I am like most most people who hate going to the dentist. Not any longer! Artistic Dentistry is simply the best, I have experienced in 50 years. That's the gospel!

I am so happy to have found Artisitc Dentistry! I originally picked them out of my insurance lineup, and scheduled a regular checkup. A few days before that was to occur, a cusp broke off one of my molars and lodged into my gum! I called them freaking out and the office staff calmed me down and got me in to see Dr. Roussel that afternoon.

I learned that Dr. Roussel always takes time to sit down and have an in-depth consultation with each patient. I also learned he has high tech equipment that allows him to make permanent crowns while you wait! So, in one afternoon my broken tooth was replaced with a permanent crown, and I have a future course of treatment planned that will resolve my other more minor problems.

Dr. Roussel is an extremely knowledgeable dentist, who takes the time to let his patients know what is involved in their treatment. He and his staff are also very personable, and easy to work with. His office is modern and nice, and convieniently located on Jefferson Highway near Towne Center.
