UPDATE - I WAS CHARGED $50 FOR NOT CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT. I SENT AN EMAIL MESSAGE TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT (HAVE DOCUMENTATION) AND IT WAS ALSO IN JUNE (COVID AT A HIGH). I DON'T REALLY CARE WHAT THEIR POLICY IS. 2020 HASN'T EXACTLY COOPERATED WITH ALL THINGS IN LIFE. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THIS CHARGE. AND ALSO WILL NOT RETURN FOR ANY SERVICES. OH YEAH - NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL OR EMAIL ME BACK.
