Newbury Dental Associates is made up of a diverse group of people that work really well together. There are Albanian, French, and Spanish speaking employees. My experience here has been very positive. The front desk receptionists are always patient and willing to work with my schedule. The hygienist and dentists are always friendly and comforting. They are always willing to work with me in regards to copayments and making future visits.
I make frequent visits here for my check-ups and cleanings and have also been helped out many times by Dr.Coubrough when I have chipped my tooth or have been in pain.
At newbury dental you will get a friendly professional atmosphere. There are also a variety of specialists so you can get everything taken care of in one office without having to travel elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Newbury Dental Associates with Dr. Millen for 10+ years. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Millen as an oral care partner. I have always found the doc to be honest, open, and pragmatic about my oral care needs. My experience of treatments is that Dr. Millen consults as a partner such that I have never been surprised. Unfortunately, I presented Dr. Millen with a mouth full of problems and I am happy to say all of the work has held-up without any problems. Dr. Millen is the polar opposite of some of the drill and bill dentists out there. And the practice's reception crew is AWESOME!

The dentist is wonderful however the office is extremely poorly managed. Out of my four appointments set up by the office, two were canceled with notices only a day before. Once I was on time for my appointment and waited 45" just to be told that the doctor would not have time to treat me that day. The three office staffs especially Denise were rude and careless and do not follow up with cost estimates and tasks they are supposed to do. The office staffs either have inadequate dental knowledge to answer basic questions or have an aggressive attitude towards customers.

Great ortho staff. They make you feel very comfortable. I have total faith in staff members like Claudia, Vanety and head orthodontist. I've been with them for 3 years and it's very sad I'm almost done with my treatment. Everything is coming out like they said it would. My before and after will be amazing. Didn't think it was possible. Thanks to Gental dental and the ortho department. True professionals. 👍

Sixteen years ago I was in intense discomfort and needed a root canal. At the time, I hadn't been to the dentist in probably seven years because of previous horrible experiences. Now, I had no choice – I had to get something done. To my great relief, I found Dr. Millen at Gentle Dental and have never looked back! Dr. Millen and his staff are simply the best. Dr. Millen is the kind of dentist who puts the “gentle” in Gentle Dental. Because of his genuine caring nature and his obvious LOVE for dentistry, he makes me feel relaxed and at ease at every appointment. I have had root canals, teeth pulled, caps completed, and all manner of dental work done. It is high testament to Dr. Millen and all at the practice that I do not have any trepidation going into any procedure and have never felt anxious after a procedure. Now, I care for teeth meticulously – I don’t want to disappoint anyone at the practice-especially Wendy who takes great care during my cleaning appointments! Everyone at Newbury Dental is friendly and caring. They work with the patient to ensure the entire process goes smoothly. Another wonderful aspect of the practice is that it is a “one-stop-shop” so that whatever you may need done, it can usually be done there. I have been accommodated for emergencies on more than a few occasions – always made to feel that I absolutely did the right thing by calling and coming in. Whenever someone is looking for a dentist I recommend Newbury Dental Associates– 10 gold stars!
