Sent me to oral surgeon to have wrong tooth pulled.😡😡😡 Wasted everyone’s time & I am NOT happy! I tried to call & discuss it but got shot down. Almost just had the wrong tooth pulled & major surgery cuz of him needing to be right!! Listen to your patients!! Switching dentists ASAP!! Like NOW 😡😡I do not recommend this dental practice!

Dr Richler was great with my 2 year old, who admittedly is in the middle of a do not touch me phase. Patient, quick and didn’t make me feel guilty for my son losing his mind for a second. I have a lot of dental anxiety so I want to make sure my son doesn’t, and this office makes me feel confident that he won’t.

Wow, these folks are SO nice, and really have great customer facing skills! Seriously the best dentist team. Perscilla at the front desk is also one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and is really great with her customers!!! This is the best dentist Office I’ve had (and I’ve tried a lot in the area!

The staff at Leominster Family Dental are awesome. Between me, my kids, and my husband, we see 3 different hygenists and we see Dr. Mike for pediatric dentistry. All of the staff are very helpful, kind, and fun and they are great with kids. We always have a great experience. My son broke a tooth a few months ago and they got us in the next day (a Saturday) to see someone. We live about 35 minutes from their office but it is well worth the trip for great care.

The whole office staff is really welcoming here! I'm not a fan of the dentist and tend to stress, and everyone is always friendly and willing to help set you at ease! Melanie, one of the hygienists, is honestly my favorite. She keeps me laughing and she's real with you, and also super informative. Kudos to your team!

I am typically deathly afraid of dentist. I avoided seeing one for over 5 years. I knew I had to see one as I had some issues. I looked for one in the new area to which I just moved. I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with my choice in going to this practice. Everyone there is so nice, friendly, and comforting. They corrected everything wrong with my teeth and it was painless. I feel very comfortable going there and do not dread it at all. I highly recommend this practice and very one there. It's hard to find a great dentist. Dr Mary 😆 and Dr Carlozzi are fantastic! They do incredible work and take great care of my teeth, and make sure I am totally satisfied with their work before they wrap up. They're also impressively quick! Just as this office was highly recommended to me, I highly recommend them to anyone (especially this team.)
