Precision Family Dental

Dr P has wonderful qualities that I feel are needed in a great dentist. He is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I had some extractions that he did for me, my recovery seemed to be relatively pain free. The surprising thing was that he called later that evening to check on me and reinforce the recovery instructions. He gets a 10 in my book.

My experience with Precision Family Dental has been phenomenal! I had researched the practice, while looking for a dentist in the area that had evening hours, and that was highly rated for experienced. I found a gem of a dentist!

From the very first appointment, I was pleasantly greeted by the front-desk staff that were very welcoming and helpful in making my first appointment easy, from insurance, to completing the electronic forms on the ipad.

I was then, brought back for my cleaning and examination. Taylor was my hygienist that day. She introduced herself to me. She explained the process for my appointment, that there would be xrays, a cleaning, and oral examination. As she moved forward in each process step, she made sure that I was comfortable, and asked if I had any questions. She cleaned my teeth gently, but thoroughly. The removal of tartar can be arduous and sometimes uncomfortable for me, but in this case, it was quick, and the actually cleaning process used, cutdown on the scraping needed!! I love the feeling of after getting my teeth cleaned, but the actual cleaning process, was by far, the most efficient process to date! Fast and clean is awesome to me!

After my cleaning, Dr. Piotrowski entered and introduced himself. He was very courteous, and friendly. He shared his background and methodology for his practice. He discussed my xrays, and performed his examination of my teeth, gums, and overall dental health. I felt comfortable with his knowledge, and confident that I was in good hands moving forward.

My first impression and experience with Dr. Piotrowski, and his team, was that of a high quality dentist office, that provided me with a comfortable, knowledgeable, and superior customer service. They definitely stand-out in the crowd of dental offices in West Michigan! I highly recommend Precision Family Dental!!

Adam and his staff are the best! My daughter had resisted going to the dentist after having a bad experience with another dentist, but she had a great experience with Precision! She no longer dreads going to the dentist! They have my highest recommendation and now my boss is a client! He thinks they’re great too!

Adding to the above review, I once again had a great experience with a routine cleaning. They have the most advanced technology which expedites the whole process and makes it even more effective. I also picked up some new flouride-free toothpaste that uses silver nano germ killing and coral calcium to keep teeth healthy. Flouride can damage they thyroid, so I'm excited to give this a try. They're a fantastic office!

I had my first appointment at Precision and I was blown away by the whole staff. The whole staff was very welcoming, friendly, and had great smiles. Dr. Adam Piotrowski is wonderful at getting to know you and making you feel at ease. A big thank you to the staff and I look forward to my next appointment. :)

We love this dentist!! My boys have always had a slight fear of the dentist but since we switched to Precision Family Dental that fear is gone!! Dr. Piotrowski is amazing and the desk staff is awesome!! So happy we made the switch and we are here to stay!! 😁

This is a 5 STAR dental office. I am reviewing this as a new patient that is also a dental hygienist. I have worked in dentistry for 48 years. Since I am retired from clinical hygiene I needed to find a new dentist. Sadly, my previous dentist suddenly passed away. I searched for awhile before selecting Precision Family Dental. Dr. Pietrowski and his entire dental team are amazing. They have the latest dental equipment, and strive to provide outstanding dental care. Finding a friendly dental team is often easy, but finding a dental office that provides quality dental care is harder. Precision Family Dental does both. If you are looking for a new dental home, please consider calling Dr. Pietrowski's office.

So impressed with this dentist. His staff are amazing, his equipment is state of the art, and his holistic approach is wonderful. Only downside is the long waits for an appointment due to his popularity. Worth the wait though.

I was gonna let this go, but after today, I can no longer stand by and say nothing. This office has the most incompetent office staff I have ever encountered in any medical setting. They were unable to give me a cost estimate of the treatment the Doctor recommended, even after a year, I gave them multiple chances, kept calling, trying to get answers. They didn't return calls, call my insurance, nothing. Finally, I told them I was leaving, 6 months ago, transfered my records and went to a different dentist. Now, they just called me to confirm an appointment I never made for a procedure I did not need. The Doctor I saw was good, but the office staff is failing miserably. They clearly need a leader, better supervision, maybe some retraining. If you have lost a lot of patients and can't understand why, here's your answer.

It has been YEARS since I have been to the Dentist. This is by far the best experience I have ever received. Everyone is very helpful and kind. It was my first visit and everyone was patient with all of my questions. Very thankful to be referred to a GREAT Dental office. WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. P's for a long time. He is one of the most compassionate and skilled dentists I have ever encountered. I have had several implants, a few bridges and a ton of work done over the years and he has done more in 2 years than any other dentists I have ever encountered and my smile has never looked better. He gives the best injections and he takes his time. He puts quality over everything else. He is a perfectionist which can be annoying but the end result is amazing and worth it. Dental work is a huge process and he works with you to make a plan that will work in the long run. I like that and it is rare. Thank you Dr. P for all that you have done. My teeth and I love you and your staff.
