Precision Family Dental

As someone who has been traumatized by previous dental experiences, I can honestly say I have never enjoyed going to the dentist more! I cannot recommend Precision Family Dental enough. They do a phenomenal job of making sure you’re healthy and comfortable!

I actually get excited about going to the dentist now!

Phenomenal dentist, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Great, polite, helpful front desk. Excellent technicians, well-trained and skillful. Amazing technology and cutting edge equipment! We`re very glad to be with them.

I could not be more impressed with Precision Family Dental.

The staff is friendly, engaged, and kind and they are willing to tailor the experience to the client. The interactions I had with staff on my first visit were so positive that I remembered some of the individuals I had met and was happy to see them on my return visit (despite the fact that I was facing 2+ hours in the chair).

Dr. Adam Piotrowski excels on a variety of fronts. First, he engages patients on a personal level in order to establish trust and comfortability; I was surprised at how effective his use of an initial personal conversation was at putting me at ease. He is also very skilled at describing difficult procedures in accessible, non-threatening ways, and uses the latest technologies and treatment strategies to offer a winning combination of efficiency, convenience, value, and--most importantly when you're in the dentist's chair--comfort. I had no pain and not even really any discomfort to speak of, despite getting two fillings and a crown prepped over the course of almost two and a half hours. Three hours after the procedure, I can barely feel that the work was even done.

The work environment at Precision Family Dental seems very positive. There is not a whiff of arrogance or condescension in the way that Adam treats his patients or his staff, and yet he is clearly a very exacting, very confident practitioner with big plans for the practice. He described to me, for instance, that he has recruited an oral surgeon who will be doing an implant-focused practice there beginning in August, and did so with such enthusiasm and resolve that he almost managed to get me excited about an extensive, expensive procedure that I will likely have to have in the future. This enthusiasm for what he does is palpable, incredibly confidence-inspiring, and clearly creative of an atmosphere in which staff enjoy working and clients feel appreciated and very well cared for. Five stars for my friends at Precision Family Dental! Thank you for making what could have been a very unpleasant experience a really, really good one!

Dr. P and his staff are kind, patient, thorough and GENTLE. I trust them to take care of my high-anxiety/maintenance dental needs. Also the technology available at this office is amazing!

We recently changed to Precision Family Dental (PFD) due to our other family dentist passing unexpectedly...

It was a very sad situation because we really enjoyed that dentist and I was worried we wouldn't be able to find another dentist that met the standard we were used to.

My wife did some research and found PFD, I was sceptical but went for my routine cleaning and was blown away.

They all were so nice; from the front desk to the dental hygienists and Dr. P. They have the latest technology and really take their time explaining everything.

I'm so glad we found PFD and look forward to using their services long into the future.

From the moment I walked into this dental office, I knew I would have a wonderful experience. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, offering coffee or water if needed. I called at open to try and get an urgent appointment for much needed and overdue dental work. I was seen at 8:30, and squeezed in for an emergency root canal. Dr. Piotrowski is knowledgeable, patient, and so kind! He called me after business hours to check on me after the procedure. Truly above and beyond service, outstanding CARE!!!

Staff was excellent and explained everything thoroughly, without high pressure sales tactics. They gave complete estimates of work to be done and filed everything through my insurance! I’ve had “surprise” bills with other dentists not giving complete estimates, so this was a breath of fresh air. They also thoroughly explain alternative/holistic treatments, which is great! Thank you Precision!

My only constructive criticism is that when I first walked in there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes. As a new patient here, I felt a bit lost and wondered if I was in the right place. Every aspect of what came after was so wonderful! The hygienist, Jamie, was so professional, timely, and kind. She was very good at her job and I felt entirely comfortable. The Dentist was also so professional, and intentional. He addressed everything so clearly, and also talked about immediate next steps that were reassuring. I left feeling like I’ve finally found an office that’s going to do things excellently after having less than ideal experiences in other offices! I am happy to say that I’ve found a place that I am committed to going to regularly. To boot, when I left they gave me a wonderful goody bag that I LOVE! I can put all kinds of things in this bag! If I could leave 10 stars, I would. 10/10 recommend. Lastly, financially they were very flexible and willing to work with my insurance as much as possible.
