I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jeff Haddad and his office staff!

I had 12 veneers placed in January 2019 by another dentist. Along with having severe jaw pain, I started having issues with several veneers coming off within the first week!

I had multiple re-bondings, bite adjustments without success. In total I was in and out of that dentists office 12 times within 6-8 weeks.

My life was pretty miserable as I was paranoid to bite or eat anything solid for fear that another veneer would fall out or even worse that I might swallow one!

A beach vacation was ruined when yet another tooth fell off while in flight. I had to forgo snorkeling for fear of loosening yet another tooth from placing the mouth piece in my mouth.

I knew what was happening was not correct. I felt helpless and scared that this would now be my new life.

At that point said dentist had convinced me to replace all veneers with dental crowns as ”they were sturdier” Without much hope the appointment was set.

Thank goodness a couple of days before said appointment I spoke with a dentist friend (lives in AZ) that suggested I get a second opinion.

One of his collage friends knew Dr Haddad and recommended him to me.

I called and left a desperate last attempt for help message. I was called back the same day and was given an appointment to come in a few short days later.

It is now one month after I first saw Dr Haddad.

I am happy to say he has replaced all veneers and corrected ALL the issues I came in with!

I now have a set of beautiful straight teeth, no jaw pain, best and most important all all..... no issues chewing or fear of falling veneers!

I could not be happier!!!

This was a very rewarding experience. From the first phone call (I found the number through a Google search) the staff was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Upon my first visit, the staff in the Reception area was quick to acknowledge me and the wait was insignificant. Dr. Doolin and his assistant took the time needed to find out my goals, took pictures of my mouth and smile to display and better show me areas where improvement could be made and gave me options for doing so. Each subsequent visit was just as professional and personable. And I received a quality product. I would highly recommend this office for their knowledge, skill and customer care.

Great care. Very professional and friendly staff. Latest technical procedures and equipment. Immaculately clean/sanitary; well organized admistratively. Previously had great dental care elsewhere, prior to moving to Rochester from Birmingham, and was more than pleased to have it continued here. Wish they could figure out how patients can respond to conversation w/ up to 4 hands and equipment in my mouth. ;)

This dental practice is the best! They have the latest technologies, the best dentists and the best hygienists and everyone that works there has a great personality. I have been a patient for 6 years now and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a patient of Rochester Advanced Dentistry for about eight years.The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The periodic cleanings by Katie have been extremely thorough and her knowledge of the xrays is extremely helpful. I have had some challenging issues that Dr. Doolin always finds great satisfaction in resolving with his amazing expertise and dedication. Dr. Doolin's assistant, Danielle, is a tremendous

I suffered for years with headaches, jaw soreness, trouble swallowing and neck pain that woke me up at night. It wasn't until I noticed my teeth were actually becoming loose that I finally contacted Rochester Advanced Dentistry for an exam. Their testing showed that not only was I suffering from severe bruxism, but my bite was so bad it was causing damage to bone, not just teeth. I decided to have a complete reconstruction of my bite, a process that took almost a year to finish. But wow, was it worth it! My symptoms have been 90% resolved. Dr. Doolin and Danielle (actually the entire staff) were patient and kind with my endless questions and my nervousness regarding my treatment. I am grateful for their training, investment in the latest technology and dedication to their patients.

I have suffered with TMJ for the past 7 years. Over 7 years I had 3 different mouth guards (2 professionally made by dentists) that seemed to make no difference in my pain. Over the past year my TMJ pain had gotten so severe, I dreaded going to sleep for I knew when I woke I would be barely able to turn my head side to side. I knew the back of my head would throb and my jaw would ache for half of the day. I started regularly taking Advil a few times a week to manage pain. When I found Rochester Advanced Dentistry I felt at the end of my rope. At 31 I was wondering if I would feel like this for the rest of my life. After my consultation with Christina I felt like I had gotten hope back. Three months into my treatment my TMJ pain is 90% to 95% gone. I am so grateful to no longer dread going to sleep! I visited Rochester Advanced Dentistry after suffering for half a year with severe jaw pain, lock jaw, 24/7 headaches, and constant ear congestion and popping. After a few tests and a consultation proved I had TMJ disorder, and that it was likely causing most of these terrible symptoms, I decided to invest in the non-invasive treatment to correct my jaw position. Within the first month, my headaches were significantly reduced and I could open my mouth to eat again! It has been a year now. I no longer require ibuprofen and muscle relaxers (the only other treatment I was offered before finding Rochester Advanced Dentistry). If you are suffering with TMJ disorder, I highly recommend making the investment. Dr. Haddad and Rachel are wonderful and really care about your health and well being.

I have been going to Rochester Advanced Dentistry for years and can only say great things. I am a bit of a chicken when I need to have work done because I don't freeze well, but Drs. Haddad and Tironi always make sure I am comfortable. This past week I needed to have more extensive work done and I was apprehensive that I could handle it. However, I trusted Dr. Haddad when he said he'd make sure I wouldn't feel anything. I decided to take advantage of the sedation option that is now available. It was a great experience! I was awake, but don't remember much. I am very thankful that they know me so well and take good care of me.
