For anyone who has flown cross-Atlantic and beyond via economy class, and then had the undeniable pleasure of flying Business Class on a European carrier, the upgraded features are noticeable at the outset. The latter is how I liken the experience as a patient of Lexi, my hygienist. She is as efficient as she is thorough, as compassionate as she is competent, and as professional as she is passionate about her chosen profession. On my recent visit, everything was in its usual European "Business Class" order (the equivalent of first-class standards on Delta). Additionally, before starting the cleaning, she spontaneously presented me with a box of Kleenex saying, "I know you like to have this handy." Shortly after starting her work, she noticed a crack on my lower lip and immediately stopped to offer me some Vaseline to ease the dryness. I have only positive statements about Lexi's work from start to finish; however, one of her stand-out qualities is her sensitivity to MY sensitivity (both personal and gum tissue!). Moreover, when, on the rare occasions I have perceived that she may have missed something, she will check without getting defensive or snarky. She will just say reassuringly, "I'm sure I got that, but I will double check." And she does! If you suffer from jaw pain, or ear pain pulse that itching ear and ringing. You need to see Dr Ray. After seeing several ENT‘s and different test scans etc, and several thousand dollars later. I decided to start reading on TMJ. After three minutes of reading what I was suffering from I knew I needed someone special. The office staff was able to get me in quickly, reevaluated me and had a plan. Within three weeks my pain was relieved, it hasn’t been an easy task.
