The people at Edgewood Dental are very professional and courteous. Each visit I learn more about taking better care of my teeth. Visiting Edgewood Dental is a pleasant experience.

Great, professional staff that truly cares about their patients. Hygienist was thorough and careful with cleaning and the dentist was very specific with recommended treatment and overall oral health. 5 stars!

They wanted $89 to LOOK at my partner's teeth, then when he said no way he was paying to have them tell him he needed a tooth extracted because that's why he went to the ER to get referred in the first place, they decided it would be "free". They said they couldn't help him. They referred him to an oral surgeon but unless he can come up with $300 for the surgery he will just have to be in pain and get constant infections until he can get insurance during open enrollment. This "safety net" mentioned in the reply to my previous review is as follows: if you don't have insurance, you must go to the ER, where you will be charged over $300 per visit, who will then refer you to whatever dentist is currently on rotation, and you have to hope that dentist will see you and allow you to make payments. If not, you're just out of luck and have to hope you don't die of a tooth abscess in the mean time. Also, even when he gets insurance, this dentist will probably not see him because most dentists in town are refusing patients on state insurance. I am in no way blaming the doctors, I am voicing my distress at having to watch my partner be in pain and get infection after infection. Our state needs to make MA reimburse dentists fully or at least closer to in full, as this is why dentists are refusing patients on MA or other state insurance. I do not appreciate that in my first review their reply was that I am jeapordizing this so called "safety net" by leaving reviews and being honest about my feelings. They implied I thought they should pay for transportation when that is obviously not the case. My point was that it is distressing to be turned away by dentist after dentist, waste money on cab rides, and watch my partner be in pain and wonder when our next trip to the ER will be, or if one day he might not make it through another infection. I never said that I think they owe us for it.

Dr. Foss, Tasha, and the rest of the team have been taking care of me and my smile for more than 10 years. They are wonderful to work with, on schedule and have a comfy waiting room! Highly recommended.

Very Professional! I have been a customer since January 2005, the year of their opening. Since then, they have grown rapidly, and this comes as no surprise to me. They have the latest technology with the professionals to back it all up.

On Sunday September 28th 2014 I was involved in a terrible mountain-biking accident. The helmet I was wearing did not protect my face/teeth from the rocky trail. I ended-up in the emergency room. They said I needed an oral-surgeon and a dentist. Dr.'s Jeannie and John Foss came to my rescue on what was probably the nicest Fall day of the year! They opened-up the office and for more than two hours, proceeded to sew my face back together and put my teeth back in place. They were an absolutely amazing team. This was truly an emergency situation, and they dropped everything on a beautiful Sunday. This is what TRUE PROFESSIONALS do. I plan to be a customer for life and highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to Edgewood Dental for 10 years. When I started going to Edgewood the staff were amazing and actually treated as if they cared. Over the last couple years it seems like their customer service is slowly declining. My last couple cleanings the Hygiensts have been very unprofessional and impatient. I was seen on 1/3/2020 for a filing, I asked the dental hygienist a question regarding the laser, she answered my question. The dental Hygienst and Dentist came in to see if I was numb and the Dental Hygienst stated “Dr. Foss has the laser” the Dentist stated “I don’t need it.” The dentist and the Dental hygienst proceeded to whisper behind the chair and then moved to the hallway and continued to whisper. Then when they came back in the dentist proceeded to tell me why I wasn’t a candidate for the laser I said “I figured I’d ask about it. And her response was “yep we’re constantly expanding our horizons we’re hoping to get another one but they’re costly.” While they were working on the filing they were talking about staff of the gym they attend. Talk about degrading to a person who asked a question in an office where they are paying outrageous amounts of money (even with great dental insurance) and hoping to feel comfortable while they have one of the most important parts of our body taken care of. The staff here definitely needs to learn some bedside manner and professionalism. I will not be returning to this dental office and I do not recommend going here if you want to feel like a valued patient. Edgewood Dental seems to care only about their profit. The only thing Edgewood has going in their favor is Michelle and Megan in the office!

This dentist office is simply amazing their patients are defiantly their top priority! I am always comfortable and taken care of! Dr.foss always makes sure I am pain free during procedures! My family will be life time customers!
