I always feel like family when visiting. From the front desk crew to Jen, my hygienist, to Dr. Smiley, it is always a pleasant experience.

I had a very good experience getting my temporary veneer plate of 6 teeth installed today. Kind of weird that two tips of his tools fell into my mouth as I was afraid one would be swallowed or worse go down my windpipe. I could have done without that. I give it a 4 though because being painfree was key and it was amazingly pain free! Just pressure and moving around of needle but no pain was felt.

Switched to this dentist this year because of reviews from local patients. Went in for a cleaning and check up, and liked the dentist I saw (Milos)... when I came in for my second appt for fillings, a different dentist was helping me (Esmaili). He was not very personable or gentle, but I figured that he would do fine work. First set of fillings, no problems. Second set, the Novocain shots were extremely painful and deep, to the point that I could not sit still in my chair. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, so I had a feeling something was wrong. The numbness in my tongue stayed through the first day, then the next. 3-4 days later, my tongue was still numb, so I called and told them. No empathy, no apology (prob for legal reasons)... just an appt with the dentist who did the work to draw me a diagram of my jaw and laugh at me when I said it’s been almost a week with a numb tongue. And steroid medication that I had to pay for out of pocket. I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism with a doctor! My appt was a month ago, the medication did nothing, and I still have a numb tongue and pain on my right side. In 32 years, I never had a numb tongue from a dental procedure. Unfortunately this place left me with an issue I now have to deal with... I am NOT happy.

This dentist office is the worst. Their answer for any problem is pull teeth not fix or repair. Then you have the actual dentist talk bad about you. Very unprofessional. Stay away from here.

TwinCities Dental is one of the best dentists I had been in the country. The office is very tidy and the front office staff is very welcoming. More importantly the doctors are very knowledgeable, experienced. I had my dental implants done by Dr. Kumar and I am so impressed with the work and now my son is having braces with twin cities and Dr. Rahimi is another such great dentist. It’s not only the doctors but assisting staff especially one Ms. Ashley is so nice and provide a pleasant atmosphere. Now Twincities dental is my primary dentist. They have very advanced technology and educate the patients before taking any further step. I recommend Twincities dental whether it is for implants/cosmetic work/general family dental services.

Not the worst. Not the best. Had extraction done and the dr broke one of my other teeth while doing the extraction. When i mentioned it to them they never responded. So sad.

The staff treated me well. I had veneer and crown done by Dr Feghahati. He treated me well. The price is also reasonable than other places. I'm happy with my teeth.

Brought 3 of my kids at one time and the staff made the experience relaxed. Everyone was friendly and willing to offer assistance and answer any questions we had... including the kids' questions. Looking forward to continuing this relationship.
