I am the first to admit I hate dentist appointments. This is the first place I don’t feel anxious about going to. The staff are so friendly and make it so much easier to relax. This is a must see dentist if you are having to see a dentist for any of your dental needs. My TMJ is so much better, a lot less headaches and jaw pain! THANK YOU!

This establishment does not accept MA insurance, but they don’t tell you on the phone. I had a dental emergency, and they were able to get me an appointment the same day we called. My husband specifically asked the receptionist if they accepted our insurance (even mentioning what dental network we are in) and she said yes, but that we would have to pay $100 up front for the first appointment (diagnostic only) because they didn’t have time to bill our insurance ahead of time. When I arrived for the appointment and showed her my insurance cards, she told me they don’t accept my insurance. She had no idea of a dentist that would take my insurance, and if I paid out of pocket for the diagnostic appointment I could be recommended to an oral surgeon who might not accept my insurance, or I might need to come back for a second out of pocket appointment which could cost much, much more money. She also admitted that she had told us on the phone that they accepted it, but showed no remorse for the situation. Aparently, they accept Blue Cross but not the MA insurance through Blue Cross. I sugguested that they make a note somewhere to avoid this situation in the future since it had caused a large waste of time in an already painful situation, but she showed no inclination to take any steps to avoid this in the future.
