Dentist appointments can be uncomfortable and unpleasant, however I never feel that way leaving a cleaning or filling at the Dental Health Clinic. They care about their patients, explain what is happening during care every step of the way, and are wonderful at answering any questions you may have. I recently had moved to New Ulm and was informed of the dental office. Orginally I came in just for a chip filling, and then decided to make them my dental clinical staff! They are a very friendly staff and do great work! The filling I got has lasted more than a year. At a previous dental clinic my filling had fallen out within a months time!

I'm a college student from the area and I had to make an emergency visit. They made sure that I had an appointment right away, even though I wasn't one of their usual patients. The staff and Dr. Taylor were extremely friendly and helpful, and did excellent work on my teeth. I recommend it to everyone!

I was treated there 3 times every time I wasn't happy. I have paradontal disease and need all of my teeth extracted but being on disability I can't do this all at once so I was going to get two teeth extracted every time I could afford it. The first visit they tried to perform a exam and they couldn't even get their x-ray machine working their own equipment! So I had to come back for the x-ray. The next time I went in the filled a eye tooth and now my bottom teeth hit the filling in that tooth when chewing. The last time I went in the oral surgeon pulled two teeth and broke a third tooth and left it. Then told me about it as I was getting ready to leave. On the way home more of this broken tooth began to fall out so when I got home I called the office and talked to the oral surgeon. He said that the tooth was full of decay and that's why it broke my question was if you broke it why didn't you remove it he says you only wanted two pulled. They wanted me to come back and him remove the other two teeth in a week or so as time went by I decided not to go back there again because he should have pulled the tooth he broke and not long after that visit I got an infection in the broken tooth that went up into my ear so then I had to see the doctor. If your on a limited income I wouldn't use them they will push to do more than you can afford to. And you might have to spend the money you had set aside to pay them to visit your doctor

Great experience! I am newer to the New Ulm area and I'm so glad I chose to go here. The whole staff was very friendly and while getting a check-up they always would explain what they were doing during the exam and made me feel very comfortable.

I not only work here but of course I am a patient here. I believe we try very hard to be understanding and compassionate to anyone that walks in our door. We try our hardest to see every emergency patient that calls, and even those that aren't "emergencies" but need attention sooner more so than later. Dr Hartmann is not only a wonderful boss but also a wonderful, kind, compassionate dentist. Our staff truly cares about our patients, most of whom we've known for years. Like I said, I'm also a patient and have the same fears as most people seeing the dentist. Dr. Hartmann understands those fears and works very hard to make patients comfortable. If I didn't believe in the quality of care in this office, I would not be writing this review, but I believe in our staff and in Dr Hartmann as a dentist.

Dr Taylor has been with our practice for 2 months now. He has become a great addition to our staff. He is very friendly and caring, taking the time to get to know all his new patients. He always welcomes the chance to see emergency patients and is very passionate about dentistry. We are very lucky to have him join Dr Hartmann in our practice.
