Staff was fine and my cleaning was what I expected. However the dentist spent maybe 45 seconds with me and I felt like I was forced into the procedures that he said I needed without any input from me.
Calling to confirm the appointment was also a complete joke. I called seven times during business hours and they never answered but I kept getting texts and emails saying I needed to call to confirm. An online confirmation system option would make things much easier.

My husband is extremely nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, but he's adamant that this is where he wants to go in the future. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The building was well maintained. The dentist was extremely patient and kind. He truly helped to make my husband feel comfortable at every point through out the visit. I'm extremely grateful to have found this place. I highly recommend.

The actual dental work went quickly and was probably the best experience i have ever had. That being said my appointment was rescheduled 3 times. The billing process took forever and still isn't accurate. They forgot to send my husband with his prescription as well.

Friendly staff, made an appointment in advance for a cleaning and to repair a broken tooth. Was only given X Ray and exam, nothing else. Being as I am already an established patient I was expecting at least the cleaning that day.
I drove 50 miles to get to the appointment so that was disappointing. Everything else was fine.

I've never had work done there, but they still helped me in my time of need. I lost my phone in some icy water 5 inch deep. One of them helped me find it. She wasn't bad looking if I might add. Thank you, Aspen Dental and the cute assistant.

As always, the staff at Aspen Dental were very professional, compassionate and caring. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but they make the experience more pleasant with the gentle cleaning and dental work they provide. A special thank you to Dr. Barb for smoothing out my chipped front tooth and the advice and care you provided. I've had the best dental care in my entire life with these people and highly recommend them.

This was the nicest dental office I have been to. Also, the staff was amazing. My children actually said they had a great time at the dentist which has never been the case before. I think we have found our new family dentist!

My husband and I both needed extensive dental work, so we got three evaluations before deciding what we would do. Aspen Dental gave us the best prices, but we had never met the dentist, so it was a little scary letting him do so much work. I was a little reluctant, but I had my work done first. Both, my husband and I, could not have been happier with Dr. Lo's work. And we thought his staff was great. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lo and Aspen Dental in Owatonna.

New patients get free exams and exrays. Great! But don't think they won't make it up on the follow up. Like most people, I don't like going to the dentist. But knowing I needed a tooth pulled, I made the appointment to have it pulled. After waiting 45 minutes, and paying $135 before going back to see dentist, he saw me for less than 5 minutes, decided to pull tooth, but I would need to make another appointment to have that done. I was the first person in the office, still waited that long. How long does it take to pull a tooth? Start to finish 15 minutes? I waited 45 minutes to see dentist.
