Scheduled a cleaning and when I went in after doing Xrays and a consultant and they said I couldn't get a cleaning today. This should have been stated that when I made the appointment for a CLEANING. Such a waste of time.
To clarify per their comment the problem isn't in what you offer. The problem is that I called and scheduled a cleaning. At that point if you can't accommodate a cleaning and have to do an initial consultation first that needs to be stated over the phone when you make the appointment when I stated I was looking for a cleaning. Not at the end of an appointment. It is not that it "didn't meet my expectations" it is that you scheduled me for a service you didn't provide.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was polite, helpful and very professional. Answered any and all questions that we had. They are fantastic at explaining the procedures they use and the steps that are taken. The office and rooms are exceptionally clean!!! Dr. Berge is a very polite and knowledgeable dentist! I would recommend him and this office to ANYONE! Great Job to ALL OF YOU and THANK YOU!!!

After much anxiety about going to the dentist, I was relieved after my first and second visits. The staff were very good at explaining things and putting my mind at ease. I was assured that no question was a dumb question and that I could call anytime I needed. They are flexible with appointment scheduling as well. The dentist was nice and explained everything to me prior; showing me my x-rays and pointing out what I needed. I really got the feeling they care about their patients and want them to have a positive dental experience. I had an extraction done and it went way better than I anticipated!

They always give you options on what to do with fixing tooth problems and financial options to pay for dental visits. They also are good about what I want to do with my teeth and don't force me into something I don't want to do. They are also a really professional business. This is my second visit and I will keep going.

I set up an appointment in May knowing I was needing a lot of work done. Talked with the office manager before my appointment. She said she was going to be out the day of my appointment, would call me the next day.
Went in, got a full set of x-rays done. Then was sent to another room where I was supposed to see the hygienist for a cleaning and then the dentist. Both came in the room at the same time. Poked, prodded and took gum pocket measurements. Talked for a minute, sent me on my way without the cleaning!
Now, 2 months later and I never received a phone call regarding a care plan! I even emailed them after a couple of days......still nothing!!!
Go ANYWHERE else, I have already started looking for a new dental office to start the process all over!!!

Very friendly and thorough! Check every single tooth individually and give you suggestions on oral treatment ...didn't have to wait long ... honestly the most please experience I've had at the dentist and they didn't give me any grief for how long it's been since I had been to the dentist
