Today I saw Dr. Kloess for the first time! He was great, very friendly and made me feel comfortable! I was a little worried about seeing a new dentist after my insurance changed but I’m happy I came to Water Tower Dental! I will definitely continue coming here and will send the rest of my family here as well! I would highly recommend Dr. Kloess if your looking for a dentist!

It was the first time at this office. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. From Cresha at the front desk, Kate who took my
x-rays, even the hygienist and dentist. I felt very comfortable in the office, the entire time I was there.

By far the best Dental Practice I have been to. I work alongside a local Chiropractor and we value efficient patient flow as well as each patient's experience, so it's easy to recognize when another practice holds similar standards. The staff at Water Tower is always energetic, but very well-organized. Also, one of the Dental Assistants, Kati, is so great! It's nice to see professionals like Kati who, regardless of being at work, can consistantly be in a positive mood, always ready to laugh, and educate.

All patients and visitors have to wear masks. So I was shocked when I got in the dentist chair, under Dr. B, to hear him fairly brag that he hasn't been vaccinated against Covid and didn't plan to be. To my knowledge, Watertown Dental is not warning potentially immunocompromised patients or others this dentist treating them is not vaccinated and walking around the office without a mask.

This is place is amazing!!! Not only is it very affordable which is important for a guy like me but the staff are very nice, comforting and professional. They make you feel very welcome and give you sense of definitive satisfaction. I went for deep cleaning and it was easy, comfortable, and best of all very professionally done. Thank you for making my smile better!!

Extremely dissatisfied. My daughter needed braces and twice they made a mistake with the scheduling. When it was time to schedule her for braces I had a long conversation with the front staff regarding how long the appointment would be and what I specifically needed to know since she was getting braces at this appt. We come to the appt and not only had they made a mistake in telling me she would get braces that day but they also failed to tell us that she would only get molded for her expander. Had I known this I would have not fed her before the appt because the plaster made her throw up in her mouth.
After having the expander on for a couple of weeks my daughter wakes up with her mouth swollen and her gums irritated. The expander came unglued in the right side cutting the inside of her mouth. She had done nothing to cause this. The orthodontist was not there to out it back on so we has to wait 2 days. By that time she had lost ground and had to turn it for an additional 4 weeks.
Our next appt was finally to get braces. We go in, the orthodontist looks at her expander and tells her she needs to turn it 20 more days and then tries to send us on our way. I then mentioned that she was supposed to get braces and they did not have her down to get braces. None of the equipment was out. Nobody was prepared.
Braces went on and we left the appt. Not even 2 hours later we were getting ready to eat and we notice that her front two braces were no longer cemented to her teeth. They were sliding up and down and hitting her gums.
I called the office and spoke with a gentleman whom did not seem to have any knowledge whatsoever of our problem. He then tells me to come in for an appt with some Male dentist on Monday. I tell him that her orthodontist is a female. He had asked for her name and date of birth so I'm not sure why he could not just look into the chart.
He then tells me that she is not there until tuesday and that we can come to office when they open at 7am in Tuesday. I get off the phone and later that night I look on the website and see that the office does not open until 9am on Tuesday.
I am beyond upset. It's one thing to make an adult miss work multiple times for unnecessary appts but to make a little girl go through all if this is unacceptable. My daughter will unfortunately have to remain at this office but I will definitely not he sending my other children there.
