Incredibly rude people at the front desk. Holy and her manager need to have extensive training on how to talk to public. They hang up on me because they have no clue how to answer simple question.

The staff at my dentist are awesome. It was very easy to make my appointment. During my visit, l received a warm welcome.My dental hygienist-Gretchen answered my questions politely, very knowledgeable and friendly.

I would not recommend. My first visit was okay besides the fact that they did my work up and said all my dental work would cost me 2000 dollars and everything after that would be out of pocket. That was at the beginning of the year. This Tuesday I went in for a tooth that was bothering me and agreed to get it extracted due to me not being able to afford the 500 dollars they wanted that day for a crown. When I tell you this is the most painful extraction I've ever had I mean that. I've had many and none as painful as the one that was done here. To start I wasn't numbed enoughed and could feel them pulling on the tooth. I was sent home with a prescription for Motrin 800. I had to go back in two days later on Thursday because my entire right side of my jaw is in terrible pain that pain medicine is not helping and it is radiating into my ear. I can barely open my jaw to eat even soft foods without it being terribly painful and swallowing my own spit even aggravates the area of extraction. Drinking also hurts. When I went back for follow up due to how much pain I was in all the doctor did was literally poke the area that hurt with his finger and the sharp scraper tool just for him to say that it looked fine and to take the Motrin. Him poking at it hurt so much I had to push him off me to get him to stop because me screaming in pain and to stop apparently wasn't enough. After this interaction I was crying due to how much pain I was in and the doctor was visibly annoyed with me. On the way out he asked me if I felt better I said no. In an annoyed tone he said I didn't think you would and I left. Needless to say I will not be going back and am very disappointed in the treatment and "care" I received. I would not recommend to anybody

I do not recommend them. My mother is a patient of theirs and she got dentures done by them December 2021 and they looked very nice however, the bottom row has been giving her trouble. So she decided to take the teeth back and have them adjusted. The office took the teeth and did absolutely nothing with them. Here it is July 2022 and she still does not have her teeth corrected and we are still going through the same issues from back in December . This office has gone out of their way to ignore and disrespect her. Talking to her as if she has no sense as a elderly women and not returning her calls, totally dismissing her. I plan to take this matter to corporate this is unacceptable behavior from so-called professionals that are to treat their patient with care and respect.
