Dentist showed zero compassion and was rough with the needle he used in my mouth. I was told the initial visit that if I wanted a root Canal they had time to get that going but as soon as I mentioned I would rather the tooth be pulled they didn't have time to do that until the following week. Not a great experience.

They don’t provide tooth bonding service here that’s fine. She was talking about it on the phone and mentioned it’s not really preferred etc. and I said actually most people prefer if they have a minor chip on tooth etc. She just hang up the phone although I thanked for help.anyways :)

They did amazing work got me in and extracted my infected too promptly. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and just made it a great experience. I will definitely be going back for the rest of my dental visit.

had been a satisfied patient for several years. went this morning for a routine bi-annual cleaning. To my surprise and chagrin was asked to pay BEFORE the service. New management rules. I left saying: IF YOU DO NOT TRUST ME TO PAY, WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU?

I really liked this dentist - the staff and Dr Lee were all very nice and helpful. The only comment I would make is that when the dr wanted to make a referral or tested my teeth for coldness sensitivity, the hygienist openly doubted his opinion and questioned his every move which I found a bit rude and unprofessional. Other than that, I liked the office and how I was treated.
