Wilkinson Dental

I have always had great service at Wilkinson Dental. I went yesterday to get my last wisdom and two molars removed. They were quick, efficient and I felt no pain, even as they were giving me the numbing shots they did such a good job, as to minimize the discomfort. They treated me with respect, compassion and a professionalism that is unmatched! I will always recommend them to friends and family!

Definitely recommend wilkenson dental, friendly welcoming staff. A big thanks to Cynthia for helping me overcome my fear from a past experience at another dental facility. Highly recommend!! Made an appointment for my 8 yr old. The overall experience was so wonderful. Beginning with making the appointment, the office visit, and checking out. The personnel and staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive to him. They put him at ease. Cynthia and Dr. Hamby were great with him. Cynthia went through and took the time to explain everything to us. Dr. Hamby did not rush through, he addressed all of my concerns and questions. The office is very clean and comfortable. I just can't say enough . Thank you to all of the staff at Wilkinson for a very pleasant experience!

I enjoyed my visit to Wilkinson Dental! Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. The dentist is usually not the most exciting place to go, but I felt like I was in good hands here and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dentist office if you are on the hunt for a new dentist!

The whole staff, from the moment you enter the door to the time you walk out, is friendly, informative, and does their best to serve you every step of the way. I brought my eight year old daughter there and they did an amazing job making her feel comfortable and educate her on best dental practices. I am one of those people who has a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist and they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm my nerves. I would recommend Wilkinson Dental to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience at Wilkinson Dental today!!! The staff was super friendly!!! The two people that I dealt with were Desiree and Kayla. Both were super sweet!!! I had about a 3 hour appointment and they made my experience amazing. Desiree was as sweet as pie!! She gave me an extra blanket because my feet were cold and she was able to answer all of my questions which made me feel comfortable and confident in what they were doing!!! Kayla was amazing as well! She gave me great advice about my teeth and how to properly take care of them. She also made me feel very comfortable. This honestly was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office!!

Staff was wonderful and pleasant. Were knowledgeable, addressed any concerns that I had. Were very engaging and made me feel comfortable, especially since this was my first time there. Had some paperwork to fill out, but after I was done they got me right in. There are many reasons why this place is a popular dentist and usually takes longer to get an appointment. The best ones are typically like that.

Just had my appointment yesterday. At the least - my thoughts are still the same: this is a great place to go to. You are not a number, you are an actual person. You'll get in, get taken care of. If you are looking for a place for your dental - this place would definitely be it.

Wilkinson Dental is by far the best dentist office I have ever experienced. Each time I go, the staff is attentive, professional, very polite and they ask if I'm doing okay, if I need anything, or if I have any concerns. Their office is very clean and they are following very strict COVID procedures. I appreciate that from someone who will have their fingers in my mouth.
I especially appreciate the fact that they aren't over-charging me in order to offer me "free" frappaccinos and other junk (like some dentists are doing now...) I would recommend this dentist office to everyone.

I walked into Wilkinson Dental this morning and they greeted me by name; I was really caught off gaurd but it did bring a smile to my face before my cleaning. I have enjoyed their services (cleaning and bonding) and have no problem recommending them to others. I have been in the Springfield area for 4 years and going there for 2, and they are by far the most friendly. I also find they are more affordable than other dental clinics. I am happy that I chose them for my dental services.

Wilkinson dental is not the place it was 5 years ago on Sunshine. When I visited Wilkinson's dental in the past the staff presented sincere concern about my well-being the moment I came in the door. Immediately offered me medicine for pain. Ask me level of pain and with much sense in care helped me with that pain while I was waiting. The service I received on December the 2nd 2020 at the new location was not that at all. I was taken back like a cow through a gate to pay for services that I had not even received yet. I was in severe pain and was there for an emergency and was completely neglected regarding pain concerns. They simply took three pictures of my mouth and then tried to collect $482 more (on top of the $123 they charged for services before they even seen me)for two teeth to be extracted and scheduled the extraction for over a week later and actually wanted me to pay for that in advance before services were even done. Very incompetent, and unprofessional staff that showed no concern or recognition for the agonizing pain that I was clearly in. I left their office and went over to another office that did recognize my pain and immediately offered me medicine to temporarily relieve the pain until they could pull the tooth and then they immediately got me in and pulled the tooth that same day for very much less price. Offices like Wilkinson simply or only there to grab your money not actually care about you so don't fall for this one. I suggest researching around for other services. Wilkinson dental made me feel like I was not important enough to care about and insulted my intelligence because I was paying cash and not using insurance and that I was not important because they could get more out of an insurance company than someone paying cash. One would think that a person who works hard for themselves independently and owns there own local Springfield license business would and should get more respect than that from another local business. I was not impressed at all and again, in my opinion you might want to look around for a different dentist office where the staff is trained to be more sincere and aware and won't treat you like they're better than you or you're just a herded animal in and out of there corral.
