Wilkinson dental is always so friendly and patient. I have high anxiety at the dentist and they are so good with me. My daughter and husband now go there and we all love them. Highly recommend them.

If you want to feel completely pampered, calm, and cared for while at the dentist, go to Wilkinson Dental! I was greeted when I walked in and the friendly person at the front desk made sure I knew exactly where to go/what to do and also offered me snacks and water they have displayed for patients to help themselves. I didn’t have to wait long before I was taken back. TJ is hands down the BEST assistant I’ve ever had! She took amazing care of me and brought me a warm blanket, sunglasses, and the option to watch anything I wanted on Netflix while they worked on my fillings. Once I was in the chair with my blanket, sunglasses, and favorite tv show on, I didn’t feel a thing from being numbed to getting my 2 fillings taken care of. I’ve had both Dr. Hamby & Dr. Gardner and they are both fantastic. I honestly have never had a non-painful experience at the dentist and am normally full of anxiety and dread, but Wilkinson Dental has changed all that, and I now actually look forward to going to the dentist! If you’re someone who has always dreaded the dentist, try Wilkinson Dental. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere will calm you and put you at east, and I guarantee they will make your experience not only manageable but actually enjoyable!

I have honestly been shocked by the awesome work the Wilkinson Dental team has performed on my teeth.

For context, my mom canceled our family dental insurance plan when I was a kid. I didn’t go from the ages of 9 - 16. And then again from the ages of 18 - 23 because I was in college and couldn’t afford the work.

When I arrived at Wilkinson Dental, I knew it was going ti be bad. I had no clue it was going to be as involved as it was, though. During my first new-patient appointment - a team member gave me a tour of the building and allowed me to ask any questions I had about the way they run their team, the building, the equipment, etc. The took a photo for my file, and got some imaging taken of my mouth. They determined that I had periodontal disease and 11 cavities. Yikes!!

I didn’t have dental insurance, and when asked what my biggest concern with dentistry was - I told the team that I was concerned about payment. At which point, I was taken to the office staff who laid out four different versions of treatment plans for me to review. They even sent them home with me to consider what worked best for me.

Cigna savings was the plan I went with. I paid the cover charge up front ($170), which reduced each phase of treatment by 60% or more!

The team also broke the work that needed to be done to my teeth down into 8 separate “phases” so I could customize my appointments as needed.

Scheduling appointments was super easy, too. I’d just call and let them know I want to schedule phases 3 & 4 or just phase 1, and that’s what they put in the schedule.

Overall, my experience was positive - as positive as getting your teeth worked on in this capacity could be. I have a high pain threshold, so I never really experience any strong pain. The staff was kind.

Every one was super nice and gentle. I am happy with my dentist quickly and is easy to work with. Cynthia helped me with my gag reflex while taking my x rays.i would recommend them to people who are looking for a dentist.

Everyone was very nice and very welcoming. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dentists, and was having some anxiety the morning I went in for my first appointment. I told my hygienist, Cynthia, about it, and that I may start crying. She was so nice about it, and told me about all of the services they provide to help with these types of issues. Cynthia and Dr. Hamby were both great and answered all of the questions I had. And the lady at the check out counter (I believe her name was Julie), was also very helpful in explaining my billing and insurance. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Wilkinson Dental has been by far the best dentist I have been to! All the girls there are incredibly friendly and kind. The dentist are great too. They ensur you have used your dental benefits to the max which is pretty awesome. Pretty sure I got lucky with getting the best dental hygienists ever, Cynthia. She is always super friendly. I have always had great experiences with her every time I come in for a cleaning. She is not only does an amazing job with cleanings but is very informative also. Highly recommended the team at Wilkinson! You're not gonna find a better dental team in the Springfield area.

I've been a patient at Wilkinson Dental for 3 years now and I've experienced only the best in dentistry care. Dr. Wilkinson and the staff are truly remarkable. They are very personable, attentive, and compassionate. You can immediately tell their number one priority is the care of their patients. Dr. Wilkinson is very gentle, patient, and thorough. He takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and never rushes through my appointments. He cares and offers realistic solutions that I'm more than satisfied with. Wilkinson Dental practices the highest of standards in dentistry care, there is no better!

The dentists and staff at Wilkinson Dental are fantastic. The front desk staff are warm and friendly making patients feel at ease. Shout out to hygienist Kiki who went out of her way to address my teeth sensitivity issues and took extra time to make my visit comfortable. All the staff seem very caring and knowledgeable.

My experience today at Wilkinson Dental couldn’t have been more pleasant. I was greeted nicely as soon as I walked through the door and the wait time before my hygienist called me back was faster than anywhere else I’ve previously been. Kiki did such a good job taking pictures to begin the Invisalign process. Kiki also did an amazing job performing a light cleaning and walked me through options for fixing a few chipped teeth I’ve been wanting the get fixed for a long time. The doctors and entire staff and at Wilkinson Dental are friendly, personable, and hospitable. I couldn’t be more excited to finally find a dentist office I enjoy going to.

The staff and physicians at Wilkinson Dental are fantastic. I have been a patient with Wilkinson Dental for the past few years, and the dental assistance and hygienist are the best; especially CJ!!! CJ is one of the nicest, most caring and compassionate people that I have ever met! She is very knowledgeable, sincere, and has a fantastic attitude. Always a pleasure to have by my side when having any procedure completed. I would definitely (HIGHLY) recommend CJ to anyone of my family, friends or coworkers!
