I didn't have a problem with the dentist or staff members as they were all very friendly, but I was told by staff members at the whitefish location I had a cavity under a tooth they had fixed/filled and they would fix the problem a month later free of charge, and not billed to my insurance, but I would have to wait a month and visit the C. Falls location instead. Long story short I ended up paying out of pocket for this procedure, and dental care is not cheap!
Added it would be nice if they would clean the glasses from the last patient, and or wipe down machine's and lights of spit, dirt, and dust!

My first dental appointment at Smile Montana in Columbia Falls was exceptional. The front office staff were friendly, prompt, and welcoming. I was a little early and my dental hygienist was ready for me as soon as I stepped in the door. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable, was personable, and did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth! The dentist who checked my teeth was kind and thorough. I was given a welcome gift since it was my first time, and the scheduling process for my next appointment was simple and easy. I highly recommend Smile Montana!

I was in the office today and as usual the service and quality of the dentistry was awesome. The staff knows be by name and they make going to dentist fun. I had a cleaning and I noticed some sensitivity in one of my upper teeth. We scheduled a appointment sooner than normal because of the discomfort I had. Love these guys. Zoe you are awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of kindness and professionalism at Smile. I was given exceptional service! My customer care giver who helped me understand my insurance payments walked me through some important questions I had and gave me lots of resources to answer any other questions that I may have in the future. Karis, my dental hygienist, was thorough and helpful with my concerns. I will be needing more visits and I feel confident in her hands. I am very happy to have found such a great dental community where I can receive top quality care. Thank you!!!

Like a lot of us I don't really cherish going to the dentist. Dr. Miller and his staff made it a very positive experience. They were able to work me into their busy schedule (I think they gave up there lunch hour). The tooth got crowned that day. I didn't have any pain during the visit and my tooth is pain-free today. I thank them for their great care.
