I have major degenerative and corrosive disorder that causes my teeth to rot at an alarming unstoppable rate. These guys have done a FANTASTIC job at working to give me the smile I've always envied on others. I cry with joy after every visit because of the amazing work they do. They are patient, considerate, and compassionate. Today I had a deep emotional wish come true. I FINALLY was able to get a tooth removed that had been nothing but a curse since the moment it sprouted. From the bottom of my heart thank you smile Montana and Dr Jacobsen for your kindness and professionalism.

10/10 Experience here - I had a crazy amount of pain from a tooth, this place was able to fit me into their crazy busy schedule and get a root canal done THE NEXT DAY! Super nice, very clear when explaining what the issue is and how it's resolved. The dentist office is my least favorite place to go, but these guys and gals make it an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended.

I have been going here since I was a young teenager, and have always had a good experience! I usually don't write reviews, but yesterday I had an cleaning that I was nervous about since my gums were so swollen due to plaque build up & hormone changes due to pregnancy. Zoe did a great job of numbing everything up and cleaning, and its the next day and the inflammation has gone down significantly and they no longer hurt! Also, my 4 year old daughter loves coming here for her cleanings and we never have any issues. :)

Wonderful experience! Dr. Miller and his crew were exceptional when my son had terrible tooth pain. They were able to see him quickly, evaluated the situation and ensured he had a root canal and crown as soon as possible to alleviate his pain. All the staff in Columbia Falls as well as the Urgent care center in Kalispell were extremely helpful and caring. Highly recommend!

I hate going to a dentist. However, you folks made my visit yesterday as close to a pleasant experience as is possible when having teeth extracted. No pain, great tunes, friendly folk...what more could a man ask for?

The staff and Doctors were able to get me in immediately to fix and crown my broken tooth. They were all a very friendly staff and were willing to get me in as soon as they could, schedule subsequent visits, and provide excellent service!

I went in to my Dental Office, Smile Montana, in Columbia Falls MT on 3/10/20 to have my teeth cleaned. The staff was very friendly and my hygienist was very thorough and professional while being personable. I highly recommend this Dental Practice. My only critique would be their failure to acknowledge my husband's recent death. (He also was a patient of this practice.) A card of condolences would have been a nice touch and greatly appreciated.
