Our family has been seeing Dr. Paul Nielsen for over 20 years, and he is no doubt the best dentist in Helena. I had extreme dental phobia for most of my life, and Dr. Nielsen and his staff have completely turned that around. He does excellent work, is patient, competent and gentle. Years ago when I needed to see a peridontist, he commented that he knew right away Dr. Nielsen had done my crowns, as he did the best in town, and they were unmistakable. I have recommended Dr. Nielsen to numerous friends and coworkers, and all have mentioned that the experience was so positive, and his work is of the highest quality. I have the highest regard and respect for the phenomenal dental care he has provided to our family. He deserves 10 stars!!!

If you have Medicaid do not go here!!! I was told by the dentist herself, and by the hygienists, that they were watching my 1300 cap that Medicaid has. They didn’t and I was sent to collections for a 700 dollar bill! So mad and disappointed!
