Exceeded my expectations, treatment plan was accurate, with no hidden services/fees. I was allowed to inspect my Crown prep, which was exceptional, whole procedure (crown replacement with two fillings) took less than three hours, and they fixed the food trap problem responsible for the problem.
Props to Dr. Mark, can't recommend highly enough.

MCLD is truly in a class of their own, in every way. Re service, If you have an immediate need, they're on it. I had such an "event" this week. I called at 8:00 A.M. and was in the dentist's chair at 9:15. There is clearly a company culture of making the patient feeling welcome and confident in every member of the team. Re the quality of the dentistry, I have to think that they're the best in the valley. The fact that they're one of the few to use lasers is huge. That makes some of the more uncomfortable procedures a non-event. Dr. Dave is extremely sharp, and to add to that, he's one heck of a nice guy.
Going to MCLD is going to the best of the best.

My experience at MCLD was great! Despite being a person who is somewhat paranoid of dentistry, the staff and Dr. Dave were able to keep me calm and smiling. Their examination equipment was fascinating...stuff I'd never seen before. I heartily recommend a visit! Erm...twice a year, whether you think you need it or not!

i have looked for about 5 years for a dentist after Alpenglow switched hands. I finally decided on Mt Center for laser dentistry as they came highly recommended to me by some relatives and friends. My first experience was good. Went in for routine care to the Whitefish office. I paid $50 even though i knew that my insurance covers this service. i scheduled a cleaning and a crown. I went to the Kalispell office for my cleaning and paid another $50 toward my crown. i was told by that office that the Whitefish office had misquoted me the price for the crown. It was actually $200 cheaper. We also discussed a payment plan and she said that i would have to talk to the manager in whitefish but that she would let them know what was going on . I went in for the crown today and was told i would have to pay 1/3 of the balance (after insurance) to get it done today. i had a $100 credit and was going to pay $100 more today but she insisted the quote for the higher charge was correct. I did not have money to pay an additional $200 today I WAS NEVER TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 1/3 ON THE DAY I GOT THE CROWN. She was going to see "what she could do" but after a few minutes of her fiddling around i just left. So disappointed that they won"t work with me on payments. i work in a small clinic and i would love to have people pay on their account ahead of time, let alone $100+ monthly payments. I guess only the rich can go here. Sad that times have changed to money being a priority over the patients.

Sure is nice to know you are not treated like part of an assembly line! The attention to details is way beyond what I had experienced at "regular" dentists, and at age 79 I've been to a lot of them! Great staff too!
