Let's start bying saying I am petrified of dentists. I'd already tried once for a root canal but freaked out when they put the dam in. Dr. Colonna explained exactly what would happen at my first appointment, gave me options and costs. He gave me exercises that might calm me during the process. When I had the root canal done, the assistant (Kathy) was EXTREMELY positive and patient, allowing me to ease past the point of panic. It was a 3 hour process. I did it! Thanks to the wonderful people in this office.
As for costs, I found them in line with any other dentist. Dental insurance is highly expensive and I don't understand why, but that's not this office's problem.
