A great first experience and I look forward to working with them soon. I was in and out in just about an hour with a plan of what happens next. Very impressed

My experience with summit started out okay but went downhill fairly quickly. I was scheduled to have a crown done. There was a mix-up with insurance about which tooth needed the crown, leading to insurance refusing to pay. Someone in the summit office sent the wrong information to my insurance. I spoke with insurance and summit to clear the confusion, leading to insurance agreeing to pay the cost. The day I went to have the crown done, the original dentist I was scheduled with wasn't there. One of the associates told me that they had a backup dentist who would do the crown, as I was in the chair, waiting for the procedure to start. This bothered me but I decided to continue with the procedure since I was already there. As the back of dentist was doing the crown, he cut his hand with one of his tools. He told me that blood might have gone into my mouth and asked me if I would be willing to go to the urgent Care to get tested to make sure I didn't get infected from his blood. I agreed to. However, at this point I was a little annoyed because me going to the urgent Care what cause me to miss my first class of the day. I asked the manager, Mr michael, if I could speak with him to express my frustrations. We went into the conference room and I told him about everything that had happened at that point. I was patient, nice and respectful to Mr Michael during our conversation. I told him that, ultimately, it wasn't about me. I didn't want anyone else to go through what I have been through. After our conversation I went to the urgent care. Luckily, all of the tests came back negative. However, now, the tooth with the crown is infected. More than likely, I will have to pay out of pocket for the infection treatment. I shouldn't have to pay for anything because this isn't my fault. Also, I received a bill of almost $900 for the blood testing that was done at the urgent care, which summit said they would cover. I called summit to make a complaint about the infection and the bill, requesting for Mr Michael to call me back. However, of course he didn't have the decency to call me back. One of the associates called me back instead. I am done with this summit location. This entire experience has been trashed and I hope for the best for other clients. Good luck. I will never go there again, unless I have to talk to Mr Michael face to face. Thanks.

Mariah is the BEST hygienist U will ever experience. She has nearly 20 years experience. She will offer U educational advice on taking care of your teeth, explaining all She is doing, while making U very comfortable. She will adjust her schedule to accomodate your needs. I was a new patient and was able to get a same day appointment. They screened for COVID-19, which I appreciated. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Davis was very concerned for my welfare and did extractions with minimal pain. I highly recommend this office!

Walking into my cleaning appointment, I was very hesitant about the quality of service I would be receiving. The original appointment had been postponed, Mariah, my hygienist a Super Star, totally changed all negative thoughts of Summit dental operations. I walk-out letting all who would listen know that I was pleasantly impressed with my experience. The care received absolutely the best ever! Thank you for my new smile 🀩

I had the worst experience. I came in to get a tooth removed, or at least try. The x-ray machine was down of course, so the could not properly do a full x-ray. They gave me antibiotics and a referral and sent me on my way. I’m still in pain from my tooth after taking the antibiotics... definitely a waste of time. If your equipment is not properly working you should let your patients know beforehand since we’re in a pandemic!
