I went in for a routine cleaning, and I left feeling rejuvenated! The staff was excellent, and I felt comfortable during my visit, as Summit has taken a number of proactive measures to ensure a safe environment for its patients during this pandemic. The hygentist, Mariah, did a great service.

Rude and incompetent office staff didn't bill insurance properly.

They tried to bill me almost $1000 out of pocket because of an error they made. I visited the office twice, once on 9/10 and again on 9/13.

When I called to ask them why my bill was so high when they quoted it lower and why there weren't payments from my insurance company they said my insurance company said I was ineligible for the service. However I already knew this was completely false because I called my insurance company ahead of time and they told me they never received a quote from the dentist.

The lady on the phone kept sighing and arguing with me and telling me I needed to take it up with the insurance company. After a few minutes I demanded she read me my member number and low and behold there was an error. They couldn't be bothered to properly enter my information into the system, insisted that they made no errors, and had a nasty attitude the entire time on the phone with me when I was politely asking them to check again because I KNEW the error was on their end because I had spoken with my insurance provider already.

The lady finally updated my number and rebilled insurance. I am hoping it goes through this time with no issues. I will not be going back and recommend no one else does either!

It is such a simple thing to make sure you are properly entering your customers information and who knows how many people have had to unnecessarily and unknowingly pay out of pocket due to the incompetence of office staff who can't be bothered to check and make sure they entered your information correctly.

I so desperately want to give this place 5 stars because Dr Anderson and the whole staff are super upbeat and nice. Its a great atmosphere but they have lost my service. Since January I have been coming back multiple times (its may 4th for reference) for the same 2 teeth. Crowns not being fit right, cavity not fully fixed, ultimately maxing out my dental insurance in 5 MONTHS. On April 5th I had a crown put on one of the teeth in question. I called 3 times since then regarding sensitivity and pain and was told to monitor it and then can set up an appointment to look at it but they would refer me somewhere else for a root canal if needed. (Mind you I just spent 900 out of pocket because they maxed my insurance for the crown they just put on) the tooth hurt so bad I made an appointment at another dentist that told me the crown was put on wrong and with a gap that let food get under the tooth causing bleeding and infection. So I am out another grand to fix it elsewhere and summit is not willing to take accountability for the mess up or even void the little amount of the bill I owe. I'm super sad about the situation because Dr Anderson is so sweet, but my teeth and finances have taken a hit due to their service

Excellent service all around! The best Dentist visit I have had in a long time. Highly recommend! Dr. McCarthy and the assistants made the visit much more relaxing and is very knowledgeable. She always checks up on me making sure I’m doing okay during the procedure.

Their horrible at this location. Don't care about nothing but running your insurance bill. I had a serious problem and they didn't care. Took them 5 mins and I was out the door! Won't go back.

I love this place! Its so nice to have awesome dentists so close to home. I see Dr. Greg Davis, he is so incredibly thorough and kind. I adore him! My 3 year old son sees Dr. Chelsea Wiggins and she is AWESOME! We love her! So happy with this place. All of the dental assistants are wonderful as well. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. This is a great place!

The doctors and staff are friendly, but the lady at the front desk really needs to improve her communication skills & learn how to avoid wasting patients' time. I don't think she cares about patients' experience at all & she only knows how to follow procedures despite the situation.

I have been here for years and love it!! Everyone is great, I have had the same hygienist Marya, she’s awesome. Highly recommend!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. EVER! Last time I brought my son here, to have a cavity fixed, they got angry and impatient with him, because he was scared of the needle. The dentist told him if he didn't calm down, we would have to leave. He did his best, but not calm enough for their liking, and the dentist stormed out of the room, and refused to fix his tooth!
Fast forward to today. We had a prearranged cleaning scheduled. They even called ME in advance to unnecessarily remind me. As it turns out, I took off work early, and pulled him out of school necessarily. They double booked, and were just leaving us sit, in the waiting room. They didn't even bring him back to start on him, untill I had reached my fill, and was ready to leave.
Back to back disasters.
Hope to find a better dentist in the future.

Dr. David is great. Reception staff is pleasant. A little frustrated by 2 recent last minute cancellations and rescheduling but never an issue before COVID-19 so didn't drop the stars rating as hopefully an anomaly.
