I was not happy that I was not informed that my hygienist was not going to be doing my cleaning and the dentist did it and I left after being there for two hours and they still were not finished. They would come and go out of my room and tried to get me to pay for un needed items.

My first experience and I was surprisingly unhappy with it after reading the reviews. The woman who helped with the X-rays was very friendly as well as the front but the dentist decided I could wait because he got an unexpected walk in. I made this appointment 3-4 weeks ago because of my schedule and expected to have it kept but he blew me off because he said I could wait since my appointment was at 9 and I had only been waiting 40 minutes, apparently waiting 2 hours is acceptable to them. He told me to wait or reschedule, absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable

Worst office support ever! Sherry says, “health specialist” will call you back never happened. After waiting 2 hours in office they cemented my crown down and it fell right out. Sent me to a root canal specialist Redrock and they are not excepting patients. This office is not together and horrible. Beware choose another place.
