The staff at accelerated dental are amazing! They have so much knowledge of the industry and have answered all of my questions before I even went back to see the doctor which for me made it so much more comfortable! After being afraid of the dentist for so many years, I feel so much better now that I have found such a great practice!
I’m in the process of getting top permanent implants done, Dr.Rick has made this difficult Decision so much easier for me, he has put my mind at ease after answering all my questions about the procedure that’s about to take place. I will update my review after all the work has been completed.

Jackie the dental assistant was phenomenal and comforted me throughout the whole process. Dr. Copinthorne explained everything and was extremely gentle and so understanding. I cannot say enough good things about Accelerated Dental and Dr. Rick. The office has always been top notch, and I've been coming here since Francesca Barbin was the dentist. She did a great job in selling the practice to such a qualified, friendly, and knowledgeable dentist in Dr. Rick.
Unfortunately during my childhood, I wasn't the best with taking care of my teeth, and now I'm taking the steps to repair my teeth via crowns, fillings, etc. Knowing this, I need a dentist that is capable of listening, caring, and having the heart of a teacher. I can safely say that Dr. Rick and his staff are all of those things. He will show you pictures of your teeth, and the x-rays to explain to you exactly what's going on in your mouth and will detail the steps needed to fix it. I never felt "upsold" on any service because I felt confident that Dr. Rick has always explained the "why" behind his recommendations.
The office is always clean, playing fun music, and everyone is walking around with a smile on their faces. From the reception desk, to the assistants, hygienists, and the dentist himself, everyone is top notch and welcoming.
I have a few more appointments to go and as someone who used to be deathly afraid of the dentist, I'm excited to go back and get my dental work done!
To all those that are concerned about the change, don't be. Dr. Barbin was a class act, and I know she would only put the best of the best to take over, and believe me when I say that Dr. Rick has answered that call, and more.

So far so good. I have a couple more fillings to get done. I've has a crown done and a couple of fillings done so far and Dr Rick is about as pain free as you'll find in a dentist. Really takes his time and is very careful and thorough. Great job so far. All his staff are very accommodating , Professional and polite. They even asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to and then played it! Just very cool people.. Dr. Rick explains all the procedures and goes over all the x-rays with you so you know exactly what's going on in your mouth and what you need to take care of first. All my experiences here have been pleasant. 5 stars.

Amazing as always!!! Dr Rick is so friendly and clear about what needs to be done, the processes. The front desk is so friendly. His assistant Lisa makes you feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable as well. So thankful this is my family dentist!
