Dentist Copithorne, his Assistant and Receptionists treated me with kindness, friendly and care.
I am happy having the comfort and calm of their warm caring services.

Lisa is really nice dental hygienist.
When i visited the office first time in LV ,
I was a bit nervous but after her comforting i became totally fine.
I recommend Accelerated Dental and go to Lisa. She will give you a best care!;)

I love this place so much. Lisa and Dr Copithorne are very professional and calming. I absolutely hate the dentist and I actually felt comfortable here. I can't wait to have all of my issues fixed right!!

i am an RN working in medicine most of my life. i have not found yet, a doctor who passes my approval until i met dr. rick copithorne. qualities: gentle, listens, responds to your needs and the results are amazing. i highly recommend Dr Rick Copithorne.

I have been going to AD for a few years. Dr. Rick (I thought) was a great doctor. I schedule my appointments six months in advance. I am a teacher and I make sure to go in December and June. I was scheduled Dec. 27. They changed my appt to Dec. 20 without notice which was fine. I was off work. However, they then told me that the hygienist had a “family emergency,” (I found out this wasn’t true. She had quit) and the soonest they could get me in was 1/26. They tried to reschedule me yet again on the 25. I am a teacher and don’t get off until 4:30 so I said. No thank you, that I would keep my 5 pm appt. They then told me the doctor would be gone. I told them that I only needed a cleaning and would rather not be rescheduled for a fourth time. When I arrived today, I had my cleaning which only took about 20 minutes versus the 45 or so minutes in the past. When I went to check out. (THIS IS THE KICKER) I was told I owe $50 for my deductible. (I have never had a deductible for a cleaning. Ever) My insurance didn’t change. She continues to argue with me about this. She said. “We will bill you then. “. I called my insurance company as soon as I left and they immediately told me that I have zero copay or deductible for a cleaning. In the past they have tried to apply floride treatments during my cleaning and when I checked out they say I owe $25. They give you the treatment without first telling you the cost. It is optional but they don’t tell you that. Please beware. I am concerned they are telling customers that they have a copay or deductible when they don’t. Cleanings are typically covered in full when you have dental insurance. I am so disappointed in this office. I won’t be returning.

I believe they know what their talking about, because now when I look at myself staring in my bathroom sink mirror , there Iam with a great big smiley face looking back at myself..
And feeling nothing less,how special it is too smile once more ..
Now all I have to do is await for my new accelerated dental partials to be completed in only just a few more days...
And my smilly face will have Accelerated dental partials staring back at me..
I feel special indeed..
