Front office staff was nice and welcoming. The exam areas are not very clean, no paper on the exam seats and the one I sat on was greasy from previous patient. I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years and knew that I needed some work. Dr.Jin was not very welcoming, short, cold tone. He examined me briefly, then sent an assistant in to tell me the dental plan. I felt very hustled, out of the things that were recommended, only one was covered by my insurance. Some were things I knew I needed, a couple fillings and a possible root canal. The rest seemed unnecessary, to the tune of $8,000, I was also asked by Dr. Jin what procedures I would be getting that day. I don'tknow about you, but I would not trust a person like this to do any work on me and I imagine the work that he does is cold and rough like him.
I went to a different dentist and found out I needed a quarter of the work I was told. The dentist at my new office was very warm, friendly and welcoming and did not treat me like a dollar sign. The office was sparkling clean as well and they offered very nice payment plans and discounts. I feel like I made the right decision.

I've been coming here for a few years. I was one of those scared adults about dentists...LOL. Anyway, I have never been more at ease. The whole staff is kind and patient. I recently went in for what I thought was a cracked tooth and ended up needing a double root canel. I'd never had one before and other then the infection, it went smooth. The only downside was having to pay a huge amount even with dental coverage. I wish they did some kind of payment plan or assistant but other then that I love my dental office!

The customer service was nice but I paid to have 4 fillings done and my teeth have hurt 10x worse since leaving it’s terrible now I must find a new dentist to attempt to fix it. I can’t even chew on that side of my mouth

Clean, professional, a standard for others to follow. The most genital,kind and helpful doctor that I have ever been to. My history with dentists goes back 75 years. I am 81 and I have been a patient of at least a dozen doctors. We moved around a lot. G_d Bless Dr. Jin. I know you will be singing his praises too.

When I arrived at Complete Dental office, I did not have to wait long to see Dentist. That is always a plus for me. The procedure took about an hour and Dentist explained what he was doing while working on my mouth. Which is important to me. Go back in 2 weeks to complete my work.
