My experiences at Complete Dental are always positive. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. More often than not I get right in and on many instances I even get in before my appointment. Dr. Jin is very professional and extremely skilled giving me exceptional service every time I am in the chair!

Staff is super friendly, informative, and actually listens. They, including doc, make it as comfortable as possible and answer all questions. Still a bit expensive for an "affordable" dentist. But, at least they give single options.

Even after a long day, Dr. Hess & his dental assistant were both very pleasant. Not like when you go to other places where everyone is all moody to get you out of the chair so they can go home. I was able to address my concerns, my questions were answered. Once I thought I was finished with what I needed, Dr. Hess still came by to make sure I understood the work being done and to check I needed any other questions answered. Just to take the time out to be personable with people is what I enjoyed. I’m going to be returning with my family.
