Is this the best Las Vegas has to offer? Please turn off the TV in the exam rooms if your employees can't peel their eyes off the 'entertainment' long enough to make sure you're not choking on the water, blood and bits of teeth pooling at the back of your throat, using the vacuum tool to pull back your lips with such brute force that you leave with open wounds around the outside of your mouth. Paying for unfulfilled, failed attempts at procedures and mistakes made during the procedure ("It turns out that you needed a surprise sinus lift because I accidentally blew through your sinus passage with the drill - that'll be another $500, thank you."). Let's somehow get back to a free-market medical system where it is fruitful for great physicians to get back into the business!
