First time at this office & my experience was positive, the staff was friendly & Dr Cutler was patient & knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail, the one thing that I would recommend to the office is that if you're going have the patients wait to see the dentist consider placing TV'S in the rooms to pass the time.

Experience certainly does play a role when you’re sitting in a dentist chair.
From the beginning of my visit everyone I spoke with was friendly happy and of course courteous.
When Jerome (dentist) explained to me in detail what he was going to do and actually did exactly that, It was quite a relief. I’ll admit I’m not the most comfortable person in that chair but he did an amazing job. I’m very happy.
While I sat on the chair I was looking a beautiful peace of art on the wall that actually helped me relax.

It was very pleasant visit, even though I hate going to dentist. Receptionist was warm and friendly. Person I spoke to on the phone came out to greet me also.
The doctor came in and introduce himself. Most of all, my hygienist was excellent!

It started with a minor toothache and my fears began to overtake my mind. I met with Dr. Cutler who took the time to explain my options, showed me the X-Rays and it was decided a root canal was necessary. Dr Cutler and his staff took care of my fears and I believe Ami told me the root canal would be “easy peasy”. She was 100% correct - I never felt one moment of pain. If you have a fear of dentists or pain please give Dr. Cutler a chance to prove dentistry can be painless. Special thanks to Krystal for her help too….
