I was in Vegas for a work conference and had severe tooth pain. Called LVDG that morning and they had me scheduled for 1pm same day. The front desk receptionist was awesome, communication was quick and professional thru phone and email. Handled insurance and had me in and out with little effort. The dentist was upfront and gave me great advise to help me survive my flight back home the next day. No games, No BS just solid information to help me. I've been a patient at this office for more years than I care to remember. My dentist & hygienist both retired, and I was worried that the new people would not be as caring and gentle. I'm very pleased to say that both Dr. Maffeo and his hygienist Danielle Maffeo are fantastic! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly. I have gone to LVDG forever! (I'm local) They have made many changes to accomodate for the virus including partisions and air filters throughout the office. Appointments were separated so I did not see many people. The staff is very friendly. And of course my cleaning went well.
