I am leaving this review for the Rainbow location ... I am highly disappointed I went in with a broken tooth the doctor was nice for the 3 min I saw him but due to my heart condition he was unable to extract the tooth at his office .... but seeing my dire situation and pain I was in did not even prescribe an antibiotic for the infection and sent me on my way with a referral to an oral surgeon who will no doubt perform the extraction for 3 times the fee and since I have no dental insurance this will definitely be an issue ... The receptionist was very nice and the office was clean and well decorated . I feel like the doctor did not really care about me or the fact that an infection like this can cause me another heart attack . He cared if I wanted to spend $1600 per tooth on a root canal and crown .... and I when I declined I was nicely referred elsewhere .... I do not recommend

If you like to wait 2 hours EVEN if you have an appointment come here. The waiting here is a joke! I’m writing this while waiting for my check up. I put 2 stars only because the price is cheaper than other places, but guess they are right when they say you get what you pay for.

I went to their office on Rainbow BLVD. Office was very nice and clean. Dr Kerio did the exam and cleaning. He was amazing. Didn't rush me at all and answered all my questions. I'll be going back for an extractions soon.

Worst place ever !! It Took them 3 hours and a half just to see me. I had the appointment at 10 its1:30 ?? I'm so aggravated right now!!! Uhh this is the last time I'm coming here! The employees are so disrespectful, mostly all of them are walking around with they're phones texting,talking.. like really ?? If you see you have a lot of customers why not help them ? How come they are not organized ?? Why take more people In then you can handle ??!

Don’t ever come here especially to get or remove braces. They don’t know what they’re doing here. Better off at absolute dental they take months to see you and are rude as hell. They’ll even schedule you to come in on a day they aren’t open and lie and say they didn’t

I got an advertisement in the mail that said ''extractions $79.00''....so I called because I needed this service. The woman on the phone, Arlen, convinced me to come in for a free consultation & said the $79.00 is a starting price as some teeth would be more. She made an APPOINTMENT for 11:30am today (Saturday), but finished the conversation with ''11:00 appointment''. When I told her I thought she said 11:30 she said ''Well whenever''. I arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to fill out 'new patient' info while she took my ID. I had to ask for my ID back....after over a half hour wait & two patients who came in after me get called in I ask if she knew how long it would be before I was called in. She said I was on standby(?) & when I ask her AGAIN ''do you know approximately how much longer I will have to wait?" she said ''Til the room is empty''........EXCUSE ME? the room has been empty at least twice since I signed all your papers. I didn't see any point in giving them any more of my time so I told her I'm gone & left. I didn't catch her name while I was in there so I called from my phone in the car.....they answered the first time to hang up on me but the next two times I called they wouldn't answer so I walked back inside to get her name.
These people are very unprofessional, slow, rude, & I am so sorry I even gave them the time of day let alone the hour I actually gave them!
BEWARE

Had an appointment with Dr. Kerio today at their Rainbow location and I was very pleased with the front desk staff, the assistants and of course the doctor! I’ve been to quite a few dentists in Las Vegas and this doctor was truly caring and honest...which is hard to find nowadays.
I’m very happy I chose this place and I would definitely recommend Dr. Kerio.

Always a welcoming face as you enter the office - Karena is happy, professional and patient friendly. Able to assist patient with credit options as well as appointment planning.

I waited over three hours before I was finally called in. The assistant who took my x-rays was extremely rude and complained about EVERYTHING. The dentist seemed preoccupied and wouldn't listen when I tried to explain why I was there. He then did a "cleaning", which was basically running a waterpik across my teeth. When the assistant finally figured out I needed an endodontist, she informed me he wasn't there today, then took me up to the front desk where they confirmed that root canals are not covered under my insurance. The girl I talked to on the phone apparently glossed over my need for an endodontist and scheduled me for a regular checkup, on a day the endodontist wasn't in. So I wasted three and a half hours just to hear I needed to find another dentist.

Bottom line: don't subject yourself to this place. It's not worth it.
