Front desk was normal. The doctor was good, the assistant did pretty much everything, she was really good. But then I got this one small Hispanic woman with really long fake nails take my x-rays. She didn’t give me the chest covering and she messed up on my x-rays SO MANY times. Even tho she had gloves on her nails were disgusting, especially with the epidemic right now! Who knows what’s hiding underneath those things, I was so so so uncomfortable with her touching around my face even with the gloves!!!!

And about the x-ray thing, I get that it’s really not that strong but she really didn’t give me the cover to wear. She took a bunch of x-rays and she actually messed up on a lot. She had to keep readjusting and re-doing them! Without me wearing any protection.

They’ve already should’ve been trained in a dental program. Next time hire someone competent enough to do the job correctly, that was the worst experience ever at a dental office. Just those short moments changed everything

Honestly this place is the worst. I made the mistake to get braces at this place & I couldn’t wait to get them off and never come back here. They have horrible customer service, whenever I called to make appointments the person answering was rude. The place is also not very clean. I honestly wanted to go some place else but I paid for everything in advance. Also they make you wait for ever even though you have to make appointments, there were times where I waited for more then an hour just to be called back and wait some more. Also on my last visit they said they would call me in to pick up my retainer & that never happened, I had to call in instead. And when I did go to pick it up they made me wait because there were so many people. There was no social distancing & more than 20 people in the waiting area.

I took both my children in for braces and had a fantastic experience. They answered all my wife's question completely and thoroughly. We come in monthly because of my son and both kids are happy to go visit the Dentist I guess that's all you can ask for. Just came back again for another checkup.

Update: The doctors there got mad when I asked I asked if they were going to leave me how they did their horrible job. They responded that they weren't going to do anything about it. I had to find another dentist who is actually doing their job as a dentist. Are you guys going to give me back a refund to pay that dentist to do the treatment on me for the one you messed up on.

I’ve been calling since 8/4 to make an appointment & the phone just kept ringing or when someone did answer they would put me on hold then the line would just drop. I tried again today & the lady who answered was very rude & unprofessional & was acting like giving my insurance info upfront was a hassle although i thought it would be a help instead of waiting last minute? Seems like i interrupted a party because i just heard loud laughing & people making jokes in Spanish. I hung up. I should have listened to my husband and spent my time making an appointment elsewhere.

So far I've had know problems . No waiting .very protective. Very professional. DeMarais is a sweetheart. My Dr. Took his time with me ,I'm very afraid of dentist and they have been great wth me . Still have appt left and I have no worries wth them . Thank you all for being so kind a d professional. See u soon

They have no respect for your time. If you make your appointment for a certain time it really doesn't matter so make sure you are ready to sit in a waiting room for ever! and dont make plans for anything else. They literally have no regard for your time. They over book there patients and are horrible very unpleasant. The Doctor is nice and he is professional but the office cramming the appointments like that is horrible.

Worst ortho in town! Can’t believe this place has so many positive reviews considering the parking is absolute garbage and the waiting room is always filled to the rim because of overbooking. Also, be prepared to wait. If your appointment is at 2:00 be prepared to stay until about 4:00 to leave. If you’re considering getting braces please go anywhere but here. Your time will only get more miserable as time goes on. Surprising this place has so many great reviews... can’t help but think they’re deleting reviews...
