Above and beyond in all areas. I was explained in plain English what was going on with me, possible solutions, how to maintain, what my plan was. On top of excellent communication, customer care, and knowledgeable staff they worked with me in regards to my X-rays and dental exam. 10 outta 10, highly recommend.

This was the best dental experience ever. I needed some work, that I was petrified of getting, but the Specialist (Dr Chow) and the doctor (Dr Lee) along with their Hygienist
(Lety) and entire team (assistants and front staff) we’re very comforting and helpful to ease my fear and deliver the dentistry in a manner that would relax my fears and get me healthier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for restoring my faith in great clinicians. I have found my dentist for life.

Great doctors, but that's the end of it.
Just like the other, several reviews. I get big bills out of the blue with a consolidated amount 2-3 months after the last visit date. The request for itemized bill is denied with strange suggestion that the system does not let them send itemized bill. They just want me to pay some amount without even questioning what it was for and having a chance to take up the bills with my insurance. Sounds like fraud.

Straight money hungry ! Went to them in the past they made me get a bridge which was over 1200$ dr.Lee told me as long as no alterations was made to the bridge she can adjust them . Came back 3years later and now she says even if never worn they have a shelf life lol of 5 years so basically I have $1200 teeth I can’t use smh! Two months ago went back to her for a cleaning they over charged both my insurances then told me I need a laser cleaning which my insurance don’t cover so again outta pocket 400$ “! I never received the deep cleaning which is what they billed my insurance for! Asked about the cleaning they said I have to come back in 3 months but again they billed my insurance for the service. After leaving I received a bill for 200$ I called to dispute they claimed they removed it ! Well they lied received another bill for the same 200 ! Had to call again now they say it was corrected ! Be careful they over charging insurances and you! Beware of their billing scam and over there top procedures that you don’t need shame on you all! I will never go back me or my husband ! He even was scammed !
