My scheduled appointment was a success and from my birds eye view the office and associates and Dr Lee and hygienist Mrs T managed my dental care excellently 5 stars.

The Dentist and the back office staff are great. I couldnβt ask for a better Dentist and Back office staff!
That said, the front office staff, in particular, Stacey, is rude, condescending and downright nasty. She has zero customer service skills especially for working in a dental office! I would have given this office 5 stars if it were not for her nasty attitude. People who are at the dentist usually donβt plan to go and dentist are so expensive that insurance NEVER covers it all. Stacey is not only rude, she is demanding and loud when it comes to asking patients for money. It really makes me want to find another Dentist.

The kids side is awesome but the adult side particularly the oral surgeon Pouya Partovi was rude and condescending. The quality of the dentures was horrific. My wife couldnβt even wear the bottoms. They struggled to adapt the fit to make them correct.

I received a bill from Alexander Dental Group for $860. The bill had no date of services, procedures done, nothing; just a bill and where to pay it. After calling the office several times to speak with the office manager who was either in a meeting, out of town or gone from the day; I received a call from the receptionist who asked me a question before discussing the bill. Now my youngest son had had a check up one time at this facility completely covered by insurance over a year ago. The receptionist asked me if I had another child that visited the facility? I said no. Then she asked me if I had another child that visited a PDF facility ( I later learned that stands for their home office; pacific dental group) I said my oldest son was treated at another dental office. She goes well yea, your oldest son had a visit in 6/2020 and the insurance wasn't verified so the bill was kicked back to you. I said, how does that happen? How was my son able to be seen and treated there several times including myself and two years later I'm billed for a visit? It takes two years for that to happen? Why is this office billing me instead of the one he was treated at? The receptionist stated she doesn't know what happened. Of course, you don't. I hung up with her and called the dental office where my son supposedly had this uninsured visit. Not only did they not know what I was talking about but provided no breakdown of date, time or services done regarding this bill. So, I'm just supposed to pay 860.00 to a dental office that refuses to provide any details about my son's visit and to one that he wasn't even treated at? This receptionist did offer me a lot of I don't know answers and that she has seen this happen before. She provided me two other insurance companies on file but because it's been over two years, I maybe past the claim filing time period. Are you kidding? Since when does it take two years to notify someone that it maybe a problem with their insurance? Someone needs to provide me all the details regarding this visit, bill and why wasn't I notified! Shameful.
