Just had a cleaning done by Adam he's the best! Hes very gentle and takes the time to answer all my questions. And my teeth look Great and feel so clean.

They refuse to use the money my insurance allows for a deep cleaning.....they want me to pay out of pocket instead. I am on social security, as I am sure many can understand, they are putting me in an unreasonable situation. I have already had ex-rays, that $100 has been used.....should I have ex-rays forwarded to new dental place? They are being ridiculous. Why does it matter who they get the money from? I need a cleaning. I can tell that is not their concern.

Dr. Dilan is a rock star! My teeth were a mess after ten years of neglect (and no dental insurance). On my first visit, Dr. Dilan conducted a comprehensive examination and laid out the findings. The news was devastating. But, he set up a treatment plan, and six months later, I am unashamed to smile again. Dr. Dilan's kindness and skillful competence were most reassuring from beginning to end. He doesn't waste a nanosecond of energy...every move is measured and precise, exacted with the lightest touch. There was never any pain in the process. I'm recommending him to all my family and friends. Dr. Dilan is Gold!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Dillion at the Moana location for a few months. I am having quite a bit of work done. He has been very sensitive to my needs, very professional, and happy to keep me informed of the what to expect as the work proceeds.
The office staff has been amazing as well, working with my multiple insurance companies to make sure my out of pocket is minimal.

Let me first say I love the hygienist Sheryl. She is by far the best I have seen in the Reno area. Dr Dilan and Anna are great too. I would happily give 5 stars but my issue is with the front desk guy that handles the billing. On several occasions I have been over charged and when I questioned the bill he was smug, pompous and down right rude even though he was in the wrong. I get the feeling this happens pretty regularly so my advice is to double check your bill!

Not a huge fan of this place, new to the area and just wanted a cleaning that was in my network, had an apt and took an hour to get in that's fine, had x rays done that was what ever but when I sat in the chair the dentist was yelling at the lady and took her into a different room, it made me uncomfortable when he came back he did his exam of my teeth but I didn't receive the cleaning that was all I originally came for. Then I waited for a long time for them to tell me it was going to be 1600 for a cleaning and they couldn't see me for 2 months. Got the bill from my insurance and don't feel they should have paid when they didn't even do what I wanted to have done! Wasted 3 hours of my only day off and nothing was accomplished. Would nor recommend or ever go back.

Run away! This place quoted me almost $5,000 dollars for dental work. They said that I need 2 crowns and 2 fillings. On top of that they told me that if i didnt get the crowns done soon that I would require root canal procedures. I almost had it done until a friend told me that they were a commission based dental practice. So I grabbed my xrays and got a second opinion. Long story short. I do require dental work. .... one filling that will cost me $250 dollars. Stay away from this place and find a practice that does not work on commission.

Dr. Dillion is perfect, precise, and peaceful when it comes to dental work. I entrust all my denticles to Dr. D and his staff, especially the ones with a sense of humor. His entire staff is very charismatic and very convincing. Think I might start flossing after my interrogation or I might just stop by Starbucks to get myself coffee teeth prior to a visit. Who needs to floss and stop drinking sugary coffee when you have a great dentist like Dr. D.
