I've never had a bad experience here. The front staff are super friendly, I'm a little intimidated by the person in charge of payments but that's more because discussing money is always terrifying. She's quite nice and understanding. Everything is always clean and tidy. Very sanitary. Amy is very sweet and somehow remembers little things about our interactions even though we only meet once every three months. Since letting someone poke around my mouth is pretty personal, being remembered makes me feel safer and less nervous. They remind me frequently before an appointment probably to make sure if I can't make it that I cancel ahead of time, but it helps. I have terrible memory. Overall a great place. I even recommended my brother to here and he says it's nice even though he never has any opinions on places so that's good.

I recently had two cavities filled at Caffaratti dental group. The experience was very good. The doctors and staff are skilled, professional and personable. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
I’ll be using them for all my dental needs.

I have been SOOOO happy with Frank and his staff that my wife and I have used him since we moved to Sparks in 1987. Love the staff and the environment. Very professional and caring with a great "chairside manner" for those that don't like the trip to the dentist.

I have been coming to Dr. Caffaratti for years & recently my dental hygienist retired & the new one is really great. I have always had a pleasant experience there with good care & they are up on the latest innovations. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great dental group.

I love this dentistry practice! My hygienist Beth is outstanding. She is gentle and is sure to explain every thing she is doing. Her friendly personality immediately puts me at ease. Dr. Doucette is wonderful! I have never felt pain while undergoing dental procedures. He also set up a sleep study for me to address my snoring and sleeping issues. I highly recommend Caffaratti Dental Group.

Let me start by saying I really like the dentists and dental assistants here. Good work and very amiable. The office side of things, billing and front desk definitely need some work. The costs estimated to me after insurance for fillings have not been accurate, there’s room for improvement there. My insurance wasn’t billed for about 6 months after my appointment, so the bill they were sending me was also inaccurate. In addition, I made an appointment 6 months ahead of time, then they called me about 1 week before and told me they couldn’t take me on that date. I was understanding thinking they are going to change my appointment date by a few days, the office said the next day they could get me in was 3 MONTHS LATER. Are you kidding? So scheduling has some serious issues. Dentists and dental hygienist great job, office, billing and scheduling I give 2 stars. In addition, the receptionist at checkout has a bit of an attitude. Just a little passive aggressive. But on top of all the other issues, it rubbed me the wrong way.

I just changed to Dr. Caffaratti Dental Group. The office staff was very friendly and cared about my needs as a patient. Amy the hygienist was awesome and look forward to seeing her at my future visits. Dr Besaco was very welcoming and presented me with options so we can find the best one that fits me. He was very caring and patient. I look forward to my future with Dr Caffaratti office. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

My first visit to the Caffaratti Dental Group was so pleasant and professional that I’m making them my permanent home for my dental needs. The staff is welcoming and understanding. I am not the bravest when it comes to dentists. They made me feel comfortable. I know I’m in good hands.

Absolutely wonderful practice. They are so personable, so genuinely caring and it feels like you are visiting family. My husband sees Dr. Cafferatti, I see Dr. Besso and we could not be more satisfied with the dental care we receive. I HIGHLY recommend this practice, you will not be disappointed!
