I had the most thorough dental cleaning by Beth at Caffaratti Dental. I was introduced to using calcium toothpaste and a laser gum rejuvenated procedure. Both items I had never heard of. I highly recommend Dr. Cody Besso and his hygienist for the latest and up to date dental care. Very reasonable and personalized treatment that I have ever received!

I have been going to Dr. Caffaratti's office for 21 years. During that time I had Dr. Caffaratti himself, as well as partner Doctors Escobar, Cirelli, Doucette, and Besso work on my teeth, and they have all been absolutely top notch. I also had Dental Assistants Deb, Isabel, and Tonya and they all have been super professional. My Dental Hygienist Beth is efficient, and got me in and out fast. 3/18/22 Update. I had a molar fixed just yesterday. Found out that the molar in front of it was also bad. Dr. Besso and his assistants got them both. Relief! Tooth ache is gone, even with the temporary crowns. Awesome!

Very clean and sterile equipment. Very detailed and took their time with every detail. Answered all of my questions so i could understand everything.
I feel confident i am not waisting thousands of dollars on unnecessary treatment as most dentists. I will update my review as i go through this process once again.

I thought this was the best dental office in Reno, but sadly it has gone downhill in some areas. Dr. Caffaratti remains excellent, but some of his staff are surly, act like you're putting them out to have to wait on you, don't greet you (front and back office staff), can be snippy and cut you off mid-question. I was also given completely inaccurate information by Carrie at the front desk recently. I know Covid has been a struggle for everyone, but I've had to work through it as many others have, and I wouldn't have many customers left if I had employees with such poor attitudes! Leave your problems at home, slap on a mask of helpfulness and basic human courtesy, and then you'll get a better review. I'm thinking about finding another dentist because great customer service and positive attitudes matter to me.
