Yesterday was my first time visiting Rand Center for Dentistry, for my 13 & 14 yr old boys, and let me just say that the experience was just amazing! I had Rich for my oldest and he was just wonderful! Extremely attentive, explanatory, amazing attention to detail, kind, and super friendly. Not once did my son feel panic or anything. Nalani was my second son's appointment and she was awesome as well. So informative, kind, friendly, and just so amazing! The whole experience was wonderful, and we plan to stay forever!!! When I called, Jen was so friendly and helpful. Once done, the girl at reception was also sweet and helpful. I love love love this place!! One more thing that I think is important to mention...my oldest is Autistic and Rich handled that like a Champ!! So grateful! ❤

I highly recommend Rand dental. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness, respect and compassion. My dental procedure was done painlessly and professionally. I’m so pleased with this dental practice. The best thing is you really can have all of your dental needs done under one roof. I can’t stand when other practices send you other places to have work performed. Who has the time for that! So, do yourself a favor GO TO RAND DENTAL THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Thanks again everyone 😊

Very friendly and nice, a dentistry I have been looking for. Transparent and patient, as a new first time customer and patient I like them pretty much.

I have been coming here for years! Staff is friendly and Dr Kim is an excellent orthodontist.

I was very nervous about my recent visit. Dr Terry helped calm my nerves and made me feel extremely comfortable. She explained everything she was doing as well as my treatment plan moving forward.

I’ve been coming here for nearly two years now and the only complaint I can say thus far is they book a little far out. The soonest appointment that can work around my day job is a month out from now. Honestly that’s everywhere nowadays post covid so it’s something I’ve been learning to get used to. It’s not a big deal if you’re good at planning ahead.

The people there are all polite and helpful and techs are extremely thorough and kind. Dr. Rand himself is a doll because he really does try to work with everyone and does his best to get them in as soon as possible.

I had an issue in the past where I was waiting to hear back from staff regarding if my insurance approved a procedure I needed done. I was told an answer would be announced in a matter of a week or two but I was left waiting for an answer from the staff for 2-3 months.

Turns out the original person helping me no longer works there and it wasn’t communicated with anyone that someone needed to follow up with me. Because of this, it further delayed when I would be able to schedule my procedure. When everything was resolved, I was told I had to wait another two months just to get the consultation! I was speechless.

I asked to see if Dr.Rand could be of help and he jumped on the phone in less than a minute and got me in for a consultation that same day and I was able to book my procedure the following month. I had my procedure done first week of July.

Had Dr.Rand not stepped in to help, I would have probably gotten my procedure done just this last month. They scheduled my consultation originally for the last week of august meaning by that time, most of September would have been booked up so I’d have to pick a day in October for the procedure.

I originally was frustrated at that situation but it was quickly rectified and it made me feel respected as a patient that he put effort in working with me instead of letting this incident fall through the cracks.

Mistakes happen but at the end of the day, I’m always going here for my dental work. I recommend to anyone reading this to give this place a try if you’re in the market for switching dentists.

I've had a few fillings and they do a wonderful job - no pain at all

Honestly I don’t believe I’ve ever felt so comfortable at a dentist appointment. Front desk service was great. Although, the stand out was the dental hygienist. Tracy, was comforting and gentle. I’m almost looking forward to the next appointment!

Dr. Terry was the sweetest and most patient dentist I’ve ever had. She was eager to provide information and answered all my seemingly “silly” questions without making me feel that way! I always love Rand dentists but Dr. Terry took the cake. Thanks as always for the best service around.

Nothing but great experiences at this practice. Everyone is pleasant from the receptionist confirming appointments and greeting you, to the dental assistants, to the oral hygienist, to the doctors themselves. All procedures big and small are handled very professionally and explained in full detail. They don’t make you feel rushed, even if you are the last appointment at night. They make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed, and in a friendly manner. They are really good with communicating with your insurance. My insurance likes to try to deny requests, but Rand has is great about resubmitting for approvals. I am very glad my wife found this place. My whole family comes here, and I refer everyone to this place. we will keep coming here. Thanks to all the staff at Rand. You guys do a great job. Keep it up!
