I was truly impressed with the prompt, courteous and professional service that I received. I had 6 appointments, exam & cleaning, an extraction, crown & replacement filling and I found the service to be very professional and efficient.

Went in with a broken wisdom tooth. Dr. Fernandez was great. He told me what he was going to do and did it quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how quickly he worked, I hate holding my mouth open and not being able to swallow periodically, and it wasn't an issue here. He made the tooth manageable until I could get an appointment with an oral surgeon, and I'm grateful for that.

I wanted to make sure to write a review on my experience with Dr. Manasse at Rand Dental. Not only is she an amazing dentist who creates the most fabulous results for her patients, but she is also one of the most compassionate and caring people I’ve ever met.

Having had some negative experiences as a child at the dentist’s office I’ve never been comfortable until I met Dr Manasse. She is a gentle practitioner who takes the time to explain what is going to happen and it’s quickly apparent why she has been selected as a Top Dentist in Morris and Essex County‘s - Dr Manasse definitely pursues excellence in the results that she achieves for her patients!

I received a text message saying I had a balance due. I clicked on the link in the message but it didn't provide details.
To pay the balance I had to provide a credit card but could not make a one time payment. Giving my credit card would allow them to charge me any time they wanted. Not best practice. I tried calling their office but It was a Friday afternoon and the dentist's office was closed so had to wait till Monday to find out what was going on.
1. it wasn't my balance - it was my wife's and daughter's copayment and deductible. Detail should have been provided for clarity.
2. I was told they are going paperless so would not send me a bill - printed or electronic. They said I can determine what I owed by reviewing my insurance claim payment statements from my insurance company.
3. They sent me a ledger which is a printout of the 60 transactions on the account.
While the staff has been friendly this is crazy. We should be given a bill to compare against the insurance statements to verify services that have been rendered. I don't care if it's printed or electronic.

The dentists were very kind and caring, they did a splendid job on my teeth and smile. 😁

Great place I got my braces on there it was an amazing experience I would highly recommended it.

Myself and my children had been going here for quite some time, but due to them no longer excepting NJ family care we were told we would have to find another dentist. My daughter needs braces and was about to start the process they did about 4 consults all just to tell us the day before her appointment that they would gladly take her to begin everything, but wouldn't have enough time to process it with the insurance before they no longer excepted it so I would basically have to pay for everything out of pocket. Spoke to Rand himself and he is Rude, he told me things happen and he didn't know about the process!? I switched over my insurance from united healthcare because he, himself told me they would still except horizon and then after I switched insurance and doctors for myself and my kids to accommodate his practice for my daughter's braces, he tells me he no longer will accept NJ family care at all.They are money hungry and do not care about the patients at all. The pediatric dentist and Dr. Karim are the only dentists I respect in that practice. I've had horrible experiences with other dentists and had to have a root canal redone several times because I was rushed and the procedure wasn't done properly the first time. Thankfully we found another practice that is a million times better so a blessing in disguise. I would stay away!

Staff on front desk is very friendly but that's it. What a rude assistant and than you are just a number. Dentist I had was the worst - I do not even have words for it. Outdated and super tiny rooms, My face was the whole time literally in the belly of the dentist.

Hands down... Elliot Rand is THE best dentist (and dental office) that I've ever experienced. Been his patient for over 20 years, after many terrible experiences before finding him. The staff is super-friendly and professional. They make the entire experience worthwhile. He is fast, accurate, gentle doctor with unbelievable knowledge and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to my friends and family. I can guarantee that nobody will be left disappointed after appointment with him.
